Pulse survey results are obviously meaningless, the idea that you should “speak up” is beyond stupid. Wait for the next layoff - which will be here shortly - and then hope your next gig doesn’t suck as much as this one did. If you’re really bold, go do something that actually matters or at least somewhere there’s an opportunity to work with people who actually know what leadership is. Good luck.

I see 100 times more bullshit than the field rep. I don't let it bother me. My aim is to play the game well. I make a hell of a lot of money. Have significant savings and retirement coin. That is some good insight. And the conference call you need to be on, we have already figured that out. Like seriously, how MANY conference calls do you managers have? You are on so many conference calls that you are barely available for your reps.

Been here a long time.... Have seen many senior "leaders" come and go. Have had read several times that some think our leaders of sociopaths and narcissists. Well, they are 100% correct. The Pulse survey is a check the box exercise that shows that leadership listens. They don't. A true exercise in futility.

Supposedly the people at the top really want our candid feedback even though they know it is difficult to get people to open up. This debacle exposes them for the frauds they are, and it’s obvious that as you say, they simply want to “check the box”. This is not even debatable, and there is video graphic evidence of an immoral and unethical scumbag showing his true colors. This thread is telling AZ what we think about these kinds of “leaders”, yet we are likely to see another round of layoffs where this jagoff gets elevated in the organization after developing the plan to can hundreds of people who acatually mean something to the bottom line. How loudly can we say "HE IS AN ABSOLUTE IDIOT"! He doesn't have a common sense, doesn't motivate his people, talks stupid and only person he cares is his HR. One word you say against him and she pounces on you! He's an absolute disaster and she is a terror!!!

AZ lost it's great place to work credential once we hired backdoor Bob and kept him on roles but laid off 500 people in December! What we see now is a disaster! His HR "sister"?????? Let's not even talk bout it! We all know what happens there.....Madam Secretary......
