Nothing’s going to happen here, guys. HR is full up running amok with the equity stupidity, and Gilot is here for the long haul because he’s exactly what Pharma companies want in their Directors. Pulse survey results are obviously meaningless, the idea that you should “speak up” is beyond stupid. Wait for the next layoff - which will be here shortly - and then hope your next gig doesn’t suck as much as this one did. If you’re really bold, go do something that actually matters or at least somewhere there’s an opportunity to work with people who actually know what leadership is. Good luck.
