I have seen worst than that. She is an empty vessel making loud noises and we have to put up with that. But don't you dare talking against her. She will get you....just as she will haunt you if you complain about backdoor Bob!

I complained about her to my manager and and he told me nothing can be done because my leader supports her. I am scared to go to anyone else now. What if she finds out about me!

I came to AZ a few years ago from another profession. This is my first pharmaceutical job, so I don’t have a broad range of Pharma experiences to draw from, but I would like to know if all sales directors are as bad as this one. In my previous profession, leaders were looked up to (for the most part) and we took them seriously and respected them. After viewing the ridiculous video, I find it hard to believe anyone could take this man seriously or respect him. Am I missing something?

I bet you’re missing your old job. Wait til you get the pleasure of listening to this idiot babble his way through platitudes at a town hall all while failing to answer a single substantive question. There is a simple technique you can use to assess their veracity. Look closely at their face, if their mouth is open, and they’re not drooling, they’re lying.

Yeah, why are they traveling around? We are forced to welcome them and act like we are happy to see them. In the meantime everyone is talking about them behind their backs saying how inconsiderate it is that they are going place to place potentially spreading Covid putting us all at risk! And for what? I was interviewed by Backdoor Bob, TH and few others and I wasn't offered the job. That is okay. But throughout the interview TH bullied and interfered the discussions forcing her views over other interviewers. Obviously backdoor Bob agreed with whatever jargon she screamed with which clearly did not have any meaning, only big words and phrases. And it was also obvious that other interviewers did not agree with her views but just decided to keep quiet. But it did not end there. After the decision was made TH called me to give the feedback but backdoor Bob never did! I shared this experience to my Leaders and they told me to just let it go. Their words were "you are lucky to not get the job there". I also happened to speak with another interviewer and he told me that he didn't have any say in that interview. The decision was predetermined by backdoor Bob and TH! In this words "they are complete bullies"!!!!

This is true. That's why they cancelled the Farxiga celebration this evening and blamed the weather! 2 of my colleagues too have tested positive and my manager is forcing us to come every day
