Im not a pharmacist so can’t answer how but they are indeed compounding topical JAKs already. Ask around.
120k is really the cap? Are most being offered 100-115k if 120 is the cap? That’s less than I hoped with this company.

Im not trying to be tuff, I’m just giving my opinion.. this was a back up, back up play for me. My other two jobs leads also gave me offers that were FAR better in every way possible (not just $). I think for the right person this would be a great way into an intro specialty role. But it wasn’t for me.

Definitely sounds like you didn’t get the job to me. cap on the salary is wrong. also not hiring pcp reps. I got the position and have 10+ years selling specialty biologics.

Let’s hope this launch goes! For an oncology company to just try and crack into the derm market is challenging enough, now match that up with incompetent managers and a blah product....it’s not looking good
The product may be awesome, many people they’ve hired have cheapened it. If it’s a ground breaking product, get a professional sales force. Your chatty Cathy butt kissing reps won’t maximize sales. This is a product that has many unknowns and potential severe side effects.
what are the potential severe side effects? Everything I’ve read says it’s safer than systemic JAK therapies.
