This guy SW used to work at Ortho and was known as a complete tool. I thought that he was a rep again, how could anybody make him a DM again. All of these posts about EWHU must be right on.

Doug lacks the people skills necessary for a manager's position and is not a good problem solver.

I think the new reorganization needs to take a hard look at all of these posts before they make a decision on hiring for the new managers in mid/late Sept.

So, PANEL, PLEASE read these posts and don't make a stupid mistake! Listen to the reps that have been putting up with these idiots. They should NOT be in management.

Obviously your not in JnJ club. These jerk-offs are amazing. Once you make it into the club you are protected by all the higher ups regardless of how bad you are. I know a manager on the west coast who has to have a HR person at all meetings with his employees and yet, he is STILL a manager. They HATE him. ALL members of his team complained and yet he is STILL a manager.

Mine plays favorites to the point that I've made above forcast every year but yet he says I'm crap but my co-worker who has only made it ONCE in five years is a sales trainer, SOTM specialist and was being lined up to go through manager training until the re-organization.

Go screw yourself. These managers and their bosses are pathetic.
