Being a manger is NOT about managing the business...it is about managing PEOPLE!!! When you make the people under you better that will make you (the manger) even better. So don't give me that shit about trying to understand the business...When he doesn't even understand his people under him. and why is that...because that self-indulgent ass whip is only trying to prove his self worth to Prine and Adrian. He only cares how he looks and could give a 2lb crap about you.

So to the OP, You have obviously not have seen this guy in full action. Just pay attention at the NTM and how much time he spends with his team vs how much time he spends with all the croneys..........then come back here and tell me how wrong I am about that Piece of SCUM.

Hang in there OH team. Trust me, I know how you feel because I had to work with him. Don't worry, SW will be GONE in a few months because he cannot compete with the other Ethicon and EES managers. With the restructuring, even Adrian and Prine won't be able to save him.

What comes around goes around....karma is a bitch. SW will get what he deserves....unemployment.
 












These posts are not from negative sales reps, but from the people who know how SW truely is. I personally do not know him, but I feel the pain of these reps who have to deal with him. It sounds like from all of these threads, SW is the negative one. Thank God I do not work for the guy. Sounds like everyone is miserable.
 






All of these posts are making me nervous because I work for EES in OH and I hope that I do not get stuck working for this Sean guy or I will have to quit and find another job. But by the sounds of it, he will be gone anyway with the realignment. Let's just hope upper management is reading this.
 
















































How do you know it was a guy and not a girl, Why are you confident it wasn't a typo and not an idiot that doesn't know how to spell? Why are you defending the person in question?..unless it is you...why do you even pretend to care? Why are you not looking on medreps and being productive instead of looking on this website?
