So thanks for sharing that I was bumb enough to come here and half only been here a year. So they in the past have a minimum of 12 weeks severance ?

If there is one message everyone should take from this thread, this is it.
I've been with two other big pharma companies and they were no different.
Senior management is always a traveling group of industry retreads who would break their own mothers' jaws for an extra 25 RSU's.
Selfish, greedy, self-important, incompetent asswipes.
Lick your wounds, remember its not your fault, and best of luck in your search.
 






Criteria was hypertension utilization, Jardiance man power, hyperkalemia diagnosis, geo. Order was Cv3, than CV1, than cv4 than cv2. I hope those that were cut find much better jobs and enjoy a nice double dipping. Wishing them the best.

It happens all the time this is the state of the industry...our jobs are not guaranteed from one quarter to another. Got laid off by AZ a few years back and moved to another division. We'll see if/when my division is impacted by future layoffs, but I always assume the answer is yes. Don't take it personally we make great money to realistically do what a contract salesforce can do for minimum $25k less. You'll find another sales job...it seems like the end of the world right now, but I promise you it isn't. Best of luck!
