Maybe with new team in charge in 2025 and eliminating rebates for EVs since global warming is fake news, we will reconsider hybrids that cost less to purchase, don’t disrupt our days, and supports new admin goal to drill baby drill while saving the co $$ on upfront purchase, rentals, and reduce EE safety concerns. Who cares if we are 100% electric fleet in the US if our government doesn’t? Buy them in the EU and reconsider hybrids here. This is the least of our problems right now.

Andexxa brand dissolved - everyone laid off - commercial, medical, market access with just 60 days before severance. This is bull*^%$
So you get 60 days of pay (the law-WARN) and then severance. yes, it sucks getting laid off but 8 weeks plus another minimum of 12 will work out to almost 6 months of pay. Plus 6 months of no pay health insurance coverage. not sure how that is BS.
 






I can only speak for my region, but if they choose what reps to keep the same way they did the DSM, it will be by tenure. Every manager that was retained had more tenure than the other DSM that they were mirrored with

Hearing from colleagues of the carnage...just so everyone knows it is apparent that tenure and definitely not superior performance has anything to do with who is retained...so far everyone that has been let go have been top performers with tons of tenure...ok...good luck today to those that have not heard!...Let's help each other as best we can!
 






If you were fortunate to be let go, you are guaranteed to find a better place to work. AZ was the worst company I have ever worked for. The leadership are the most inept group of clowns in the industry. Count yourself lucky and get ready for better things on the horizon!!!
