This just lost credibility. If your abl is displaced the regional director will call you. If your current abl is placed in a new area they will still call you and tell you your new territory and abl. If you are displaced you get a call from HR w/ either abl or RD.I’ve been around awhile and don’t remember that quick of a turn around in like the last 6 layoffs. RDs find their fate first. Then ABLs later followed closely by the reps. abls displaced still have to make the calls to the reps. Find it hard to believe anyone will know if kept or not next week. Next week will be the notification of the timeline or only a save a date for the conference call giving the details.
The RDs already know the changes, they don’t “wait by the phone” the way reps and abls do.
