CV Jan 31st

My guess is the footprints won't look the same and territories will be bigger or realigned somehow to match up better to systems of care. Doesn't matter whether you are a cv 1, 2 or H, No one is automatically safe. Reps are mapped to a new footprint by a set of criteria. I think will still be 2 reps in a terrirory, but who knows. Hopefully they will give us the criteria. Usually performance and customer overlap are the biggest but last go around, I'm pretty sure they mapped by CSS and PC and customer overlap. Good luck to everyone. I hate to see anyone lose a job unless they want to go.
Why 2 reps per?

I’m so happy you nimrods are in this position! I hope they get rid of all the a-holes who work here. Time for the gravy train to end for many of you. Welcome to McDonalds, how may I help you.

My prediction for tomorrow- bunch of lies with no accountability. They will say they didn’t predict Entresto would be generic so early, that LPa would be delayed so late, that leqvio sales arnt what they expected. The truth is they spent too much on Leqvio, they messed up everything about the launch, they hired too many reps, they are incompetent and not leaders. They lied the whole time about our future and how cv is the place to be. Most of them will find other jobs within the organization and the reps will suffer most this week.

The footprints are supposedly based on peli launch and why so systems focused.

That’s the dumbest thing I have ever read.. Peli approval odds prob 50/50 at best, and it’s no more a hospital drug then Leqvio probably less.
I completely agree with you, which makes me scared they will actually do just this. Peli won’t make this organization any money if it’s ever approved. Much better agents will be available around then.

Hospital drug…this term makes me laugh. If leqvio didn’t get administered in hospital based infusion centers in large part this would have been an even slower uptake. So no may it not be a drug administered inpatient not yet…. Pelicarsen, yet to be seen but the hospital systems and alignment with admin goals pushed down to outpatient may be important. Pelicarsen will need to be adopted into the hospital systems one way or another. The company is going system approach…this has been know for atleast 2 years. I wish everyone good luck I really do…this is a sad state we are all having to deal with.

I got the blues but I don't mind
All I have to do is get to you
And then I feel just fine
I'm on a downer, but not all the way
When I'm feelin' low you do your thing just so
And then I feel OK
You're so good, the way you give
You so good, you're the best there is

I don't disagree with you about the disaster that the Peli launch will be, but Novartis' refusal to do value based contracting on Leqvio and I'm sure Peli means the nimrods in management are going to lean on 340-B pricing available to these systems to provide a spread and revenue stream to these systems and pray that the systems will snap it up. Ridiculous, but they are going to go whole hog on selling into the systems. Good luck everyone!

All you need to know about how successful pelicarsen will be is that it will be more shots and less efficacy than the competitors products. Then you can tell doctors how having less shots with leqvio is good, but for LPa it is bad to have less shots. I have partners going crazy. Honestly who care. The package is probably the better deal. Take a 3 month vacation. Find a better job and pocket an extra 40 grand.

Mike Exton’s great $9.7b idea is to blame

Everyone of those awful, incompetent, wretched fuckers should have a sleepless night tonight.
They won't, but they should.
There are people who are going to lose their health benefits because of you worthless, incompetent fuckers.
Every step of the way with Leqvio has been a tragi-comedy, and now the reps, once again, have to foot the bill.
Such a waste.
