Perhaps the consumer will he the voice needed to get the attention of these corporations. The consumer sees these articles and news feeds on companies taking this path. If consumers opt for competitors and boycott companies with this position, it is likely the only thing that will make a difference at this point

Take a look at the CafePharma boards for other big companies who have implemented the same requirements. Lilly has the biggest shit storm BY FAR. Instead of the vaccine mandate maybe they should mandate having a BMI 25 and under! CV and diabetes kills more people per day than COVID does any day!
Many companies are offering alternatives to vaccines like regular testing and mask wearing. It's not the mandate no jab, no job. If this were really about safety everyone should be tested regularly. A vaccinated employee can be just as sick as someone who is unvaxxed.
Except the employees left behind will pay the price for this exodus. So much for your pension and options.

I seriously doubt they're worried about an exodus. They know most of you will blink because you have nowhere else to go unless you move and/or take a big step down in your standard of living. They do golden handcuffs better than just about anyone else I've seen.
