Couldn't possibly agree more. Would be amazing to see major changes to upper management. Only changes we've seen in 2016 are negative and backwards. All very sad, reallyIf you're ALPS is on their butt everyday and can't make change happen then she sucks too.... It's not just about bitching to the Hub. That part is easy and brainless....it's about changing upper mgt and creating genuine, positive change!
