This had turned into a total joke festival . Every doc knows 120 is no the starting dose ! Why would anyone say that ? No one was let go for doses dummies .
But you will be let go if u have any allocations other than private offices . Best of luck to you . If Dave is your manager take all the highest allocations like his team and u will be just fine . By the way hate Doritos
 




Anyone in the past that tried to report wrong doings was fired . Bottom line . Sounds like rainbows and unicorns to tell on your manager right ? All it did was get zaina fired . I know others who went to HR, who is claiming they have no Rep records of reporting . Isn't that such a coinsidence ? Hmm i think NOt ! If you have been here from the beginning, you know it was reported to HR. Reps reported it and it was ignored. You were labeled a trouble maker if you talked about. Richard stated at the meeting not to talk about it.
People are now being let go do to arbitrations, what about all the reps that have hospitals and pharmacy at 100% allocation????? So you are firing people over a few thousand dollars they arbitrated, instead of the ones who have allocated false percentages. This company is s joke.

Why is it that you assume everyone who was let go made out big and didn't work? I got let go, of which I am not proud, but what I did was explainable and I discussed it with my manager post-compliance interview. My manger didn't think there was any possible way they would let me go for such a minor infraction. It was an incredibly anemic thing, which did nothing to increase my pay. I didn't make out big. Or sit on my ass eating Doritos. When I arbo'd, it was probably for an average of $2200, all legitimate. I was probably equally frustrated with the people who jumped 15 spots every quarter post-arbo as you sound.

Did I earn the commission dollars? No question. Not only is what AGN has done unethical, which is ironic given what I did, it is also illegal. If I were to have earned the commission, then gotten a DUI in a company card and dismissed, AGN cannot ethically or legally withhold the commission. It does not matter what the employment agreement of the comp plan states, employers bear the burden of paying wages owed.

Dear friend, I don't understand why you are projecting so much anger and hate at those whose lives have been affected by this. It is unfortunate, but if AGN wants to find something in you, they will. No matter how insignificant the infraction. If you have a single account at 100%, they can get you. I would be more surprised if they can't find something on you. And if they can't, it might be because you were too busy eating Doritos and not pushing product, given their definition of things.

I believe there was an ulterior motive in reducing head count, along the lines of "by any means necessary." But that is yet to be determined.

It is a very fine line they have identified. I hope you are able to keep your self-righteous self on the right side of it. I wouldn't wish this in anyone, which again, makes me wonder what kind of person you are.

I know that there are several people still there who did things far more questionable, but they are still employed. Just because you still have a job doesn't mean you haven't done anything wrong. And just because I lost mine doesn't make me a dishonest money monger.

The reps left seem to feel they are all truthful and perfect . Little do they know all the dirty secrets going on here for years and seems to continue .... Managers have compliance interviews this week . How many will go on disability to avoid their skeletons coming out of the closet ? Be certain of this i know multiple reps who told the truth and burned highly allocated reps and managers will have to answer
 




I agree with you 100 percent . Allocations have been incorrect for years and people keep winning trips in the huge hospital orders yet the fired reps for $3 k in letters ? Vince Barth almost got fired two years ago for almost $25k in fake pharmacy allocations and stroke centers . Matt M approved all his fake shit .... then he screwes jasons twrritory .... Give me a brake . Oh yeah he is still here pretending to be a Manager ?

Believe me I know what Vince did, he told me first hand 100% allocation to major hospitals like NYU even though all NYU cases were in NYU Uro private office but still stole 100% from neuro, also did it at VA, Columbia, Presbyterian, and even in offices that had multi specialty. thats why JR and Ralph didnt stay ... they wouldnt play the game when Manager said they cant change the allocations. The only thing he didnt do was know where the real business was then cried when JR Arbitrated for the real business

I worked with Sandy (good guy). He didn't do anything any other manager wasn't asked to do. Leave him out of it. Plus he's been here for five minutes. Only two people would know of those conversations with him. Someone is trying to make it look like it was one of those two, I can tell you that is not the case. Enough with the attacking of other people, some people obviously got lucky and dodged the first wave. The people that are smart know that their is more to the story. The others attacking are just trolls trying to elicit a reaction, and from the looks of it, it's working. Everything always has a way of working out. One thing I am sure of, people broke under pressure and were throwing everyone under the bus. I didn't, and I know a couple of my peers did not, but the stories I'm hearing are getting crazy. Everyone, take care of yourself and family at all cost, because the new Allergan will not. I have a feeling it's going to be a bumpy ride from here out. I wish everyone the best.
