Fact how do u get to 100 percent with huge growth rates and can't get credit for true uro business in hospitals unless u prostitute yourself and take 100 percent allocation , which means compliance will be calling your cell . It is going MBO or my manager said to get credit for vials they will want the box or receipt from the cases . Good luck searching garbage pails after cases.We will keep having to get more documentation for a shitty vial .
 




Best post I've ever seen. Have some pride people! Fact - we have a great peoduct that actually works and helps patients. Fact - we have a job that is challenging and keeps us on our toes. Fact - $17k/qtr is a great target at 100%. Fact - no more allocations or arbitration to worry about.

Under normal circumstances I'd agree. This setup is far from normal. The $$$ doesn't work. You're paying people more than they bring in for sales (total rep costs). If you put your family and career goals in this basket, you'll be taking a big risk. If you're good with becoming a primary care model rep, looking over your shoulder quarter to quarter, more power to you.

How about you try coming up with some possible solutions instead of complaints and excuses?

I think the next NSM we should invite a kinder teacher to reteach the shit that some of y'all should have learned in the sandbox.

Well said...I have worked in this division for the past 4 years and always thought it was full of quality people. This thread makes me question that. Sad but true

Well said...I have worked in this division for the past 4 years and always thought it was full of quality people. This thread makes me question that. Sad but true

I completely agree. Those of here need to help us move forward and that is going to require not letting the people who are still here and nasty create a ton of noise. This is a good place to work and will continue to be. I feel badly for the friends we lost over the past few weeks, especially because a few of my friends didnt cheat, they just made a mistake, but we still need to move forward.

A mistake is a one off situation, maybe a mix up. 20% of the sales force didn't make a mistake, their comes a time where it's obvious its a directive. How high has turnover been since 2014? This is only one portion of it too, only the the first wave. Arbo is a mistake, allocations are a mistake, exceptions are a mistake, do you see a trend? I'm sorry if you think you have a future here. I have water from Flint Michigan, sourced from a beautiful spring I'd like to sell you. Most of the people spared were new, not indoctrinated in the ways yet. I can also tell you the arbo from the SP side of the business was not nearly as egregious as the 100% allocations on accounts we all know are not correct. I feel bad for the people in the mid-west where positions like this aren't plentiful, because if you have skills and contacts, you know what a farce this has become. Please, for the well being of your families, do not take anything that Actavis says at face value, that can also be said for your new owner Pfizer.
 




Why is it that you assume everyone who was let go made out big and didn't work? I got let go, of which I am not proud, but what I did was explainable and I discussed it with my manager post-compliance interview. My manger didn't think there was any possible way they would let me go for such a minor infraction. It was an incredibly anemic thing, which did nothing to increase my pay. I didn't make out big. Or sit on my ass eating Doritos. When I arbo'd, it was probably for an average of $2200, all legitimate. I was probably equally frustrated with the people who jumped 15 spots every quarter post-arbo as you sound.

Did I earn the commission dollars? No question. Not only is what AGN has done unethical, which is ironic given what I did, it is also illegal. If I were to have earned the commission, then gotten a DUI in a company card and dismissed, AGN cannot ethically or legally withhold the commission. It does not matter what the employment agreement of the comp plan states, employers bear the burden of paying wages owed.

Dear friend, I don't understand why you are projecting so much anger and hate at those whose lives have been affected by this. It is unfortunate, but if AGN wants to find something in you, they will. No matter how insignificant the infraction. If you have a single account at 100%, they can get you. I would be more surprised if they can't find something on you. And if they can't, it might be because you were too busy eating Doritos and not pushing product, given their definition of things.

I believe there was an ulterior motive in reducing head count, along the lines of "by any means necessary." But that is yet to be determined.

It is a very fine line they have identified. I hope you are able to keep your self-righteous self on the right side of it. I wouldn't wish this in anyone, which again, makes me wonder what kind of person you are.

I know that there are several people still there who did things far more questionable, but they are still employed. Just because you still have a job doesn't mean you haven't done anything wrong. And just because I lost mine doesn't make me a dishonest money monger.

How can we trust you at this point ? You loose people daily . Not an issue ? All about the Botox overall number right ? Again no accountability for your own numbers . Clearly people are sad about what happened . Clearly people don't have trust and faith like they did last year ... Clearly people are hesitant about what pfizer will do ..... Nothing to say ? I took the original writer’s point to be that a spectrum exists within the group of people who were let go. Not ever person did the exact same act. #196 feel free to correct me on that.

Your opinions on what is unfolding are interesting. Could you elaborate on how it is obviously a directive? I missed the obvious part. Wasn’t there a whole team that had zero interviews? Did they just miss the directive?

And tell me, how high has turnover been? Did you measure it? What is a “normal” turnover rate in this industry at this point in time? How does that compare to other divisions across the organization? Did you give all the exit interviews from 2014 to present? Do you even work in the division? I don’t think I need to keep going.

I hope you are just trying to be helpful and demonstrate to people the merits of questioning the system in which they operate, because it would be super gross if you were just saying all of these things to try to breed fear and contempt...

I would love to hear more about your spring water, because that is about the only idea that you almost sold me on.

You have 25% of the sales force gone, CB is not a leader will never say anything that is true or meaningful. LL acts like she is your friend but really doesn't care as long as it doesn't effect her. One last question, how does RC walk away with millions and Marc F isn't questioned once. The two of them started the lies but not once have they been questioned. We promoted a rep who was cheating from day one then we promoted her manager who help her cheat to the director of the division. You still believe this isn't a company issue and if Actavis really wanted to know the truth it's not to hard to figure out

First, the investigation isn't closed, so not sure what you want them to tell you.

If u are on a team that can't Arbo that is why your stupid ass wasnt called in . Teams that could Arbo has multiple reps called in . Managers are going today . Good luck explaining all this to actavis .
