Compliance Inteview (Urology)

So am I supposed to be enthused that in your example: Urology could go from $25 million, to a robust $37.5 million in Botox? Still all smoke and mirrors. I don't care about anyone else, or give two shits what was, or, was not done. None of it effected my paycheck in the negative. Just give me my 4th and 5 qrt payout. I knew we were on borrowed time. They (upper management) knew everything was flawed, used ppl to arbo Q4, then said fuck off. I understand why ppl are resorting to the juvenile stuff. They're pissed. Just because the delivery is immature, it doesn't mean the content is false. The ultimate slap in the face were the numerous phone calls asking for info, only over the phone. We all know why they didn't want text or email records of the content discussed. It's just all so dirty.

For the person referencing their 1st grader; I'm sure if their teacher told them to do something for a better grade and preferential treatment, they'd do it. We're all human and want to follow the path of least resistance. If it's so great here, why the tremendous turnover? Why were the exit interviews of 20+ ppl ignored over the past two- three years? Why is upper management asking for favors from the little ppl in the field when they knew numbers were short?

Forget the job, we'll all end up in a better spot. If our numbers were good enough to pay everyone else, we should be paid too. Also, no one was let go for fraudulent numbers, they let ppl go for inconsistencies in emails. No way they'd do the leg work to prove the numbers were wrong. In fact, I would have welcomed the opportunity to prove such. But that wasn't important, they just wanted to thin the herd and save some pennies.

For the ppl calling out Chris and Lori, do you think they really care? They'll be given a great package no matter what. During the transition they'll be phased out quietly, remember the company doesn't want to aknowedge their shortcomings. Most of my peers here were great ppl, I would never make the internal affairs unit job easier, but they're still coming. If they want to find something, they always will.

I will exhaust all my options to make sure I have a shot of getting my commissions.

I do think it is pretty nasty to say mean dirty things and bully. I know that at the meeting all the people were upset and sad. Everyone lost a friend or teammate.

Everyone has a choice of whether to stay or leave. For those wanting to leave or hating the job it would be better to just find something else and leave so those that want to stay can move on. Do you agree?

Ya'll have officially hit rock bottom. I have been tuning into this site for the pure entertainment factor, but it's officially crossed over to sad and pathetic. Every single person who has posted statements calling out individuals for what you sadly believe to be fact, should be ashamed. Here are the facts:

1. This division has been a work in progress and our system has evolved along the way. It's not perfect, won't ever be, but it's a lot better today then it was, and they will continue to make improvements. Many of us have been overpaid AND underpaid based on the allocation system, which is the reason for the constant updates and improvements. News flash: That system is gone now, so you can stop bitching about Cleveland Clinic and all the other allocation-based complaints.

2. Investors don't give a rats a** how we are compensated. They care how much more Botox we sell today than we did yesterday. Therapeutic Botox grew at 19% last year and our division at 49%...FYI, NOT based on our quotas you idiots. We are an incredibly valuable asset to the organization and after this sh** show is over we will be that much more valuable without y'all who are name calling and throwing stones.

3. Some of you fraudulently changed documents, stole from the organization by inflating your sales and therefor inflated your paycheck. Hey "V" - I don't care who "told" you to do it, that's called cheating and my first-grader knows better. Assuming you were "forced" to do it, you weren't so sanctimonious and vocal back then, were you? Had you started flapping your lips then instead of now, things would be different. But hey, then you wouldn't have been able to collect those big checks. So to those of you who that applies, don't let the door hit ya...

4. There were definitely good reps who made mistakes that were caught up in this and lost their jobs. That is the shi**iest part of this whole dang situation. People deserve second chances and it's a true shame that we lost good people because of an innocent lapse in judgement/mistake. THEY will all land on their feet, I have no doubt.

5. If you are still here and spewing garbage on this site, I beg of you, get the heck out!! Go get a job elsewhere and I truly hope you find some happiness, class and perspective along the way. After we get through this, your toxic BS is the last thing we need or want here.

6. If you think everyone was doing it, I've got news for you - we weren't! There are MANY of us who have been here from the beginning who didn't cheat. We worked out asses off, all the while suspecting that some of you were being shady, but doing our job the right way regardless. Some of us actually did win trips the right way. You can say what you want about LE & DM, and whoever else you want to throw under the bus if it makes you feel better. People at the top will always have targets on their back, so I'm sure neither of them are concerned by your pathetic claims. And those of us who were out working instead of cheating, we have more than 2 injectors thank you very much.

7. There are great people running this organization. As soon as LL & CB took over they started cleaning house of the shady managers and improving the system. My manager has never encouraged me to do anything other than hit my number, and there was an entire area that didn't even have a single person interviewed. If you were in a different situation, than I truly feel sorry for you. But why didn't you call HR?? Why did it take a home-wrecking lunatic? Just take a little personal accountability for goodness sake!

We can all agree this has been awful. I feel sorry for all involved - especially those who have lost their jobs without truly cheating, those that are having their name drug through the mud on this site, and those 4-5 individuals who are so miserable in their own life that they hide behind this site to make crazy, uneducated generalizations or are just spewing flat out lies. I hope you find some peace and a little bit of self-awareness at some point. Either way, best of luck to you and here's to hoping you get a life.

CB, you started all of the cheating by allowing KP to put in fake allocation and arbritrating hospitals that were not using Botox for the bladder. Why didn't you cleaned house then? You are so full of shit! Should have stopped it then, and it would not have escalating to this ticking time bomb. Shouldn't they have to answer as to WHY the urology unit is worth half of what it was ? Why reps have true business in certain areas and now we can NOT go there and assist on cases ? In still here and taking all my bogus shit up to 100 percent as sandy has asked me to and if u don't . U will get fired for bad numbers if u do u will eventually get fired for all i allocations . I need to understand what is wrong with 120 units ? Medicare allows u to waste 80 it is totally legal assholes . And I seriously cannot believe you don't understand compliance rules & the importance of following them. It can cost the organization billions of dollars & obviously, you, your job.

No one is selling 120 that rumor was three weeks ago. How can anyone sell 120 when the vials come in 100 or 200 . If a dr wants to use more than 100 that is in them . People were not let go for 120 units. I heard they were all asked about 120 because a dr at a program was discussing it so keep you rumors straight . That has nothing to do with all the managers telling reps to take fake allocations and Arbo their asses off it they will loose their jobs . That is the issue not 120 of anything

I am sure everyone is waiting for your groundbreaking exit interview. Sounds like you are a real winner and know so much. We are so sorry that you are too good to sell pharma pills and the rest of us are not. Hate to tell you but we are all adults and make our own decisions. My manager has never asked me to do anything that is cheating. I dont know your situation but you cant sit there an make blanket statements. We all lost friends and there are still good people here. Since Botox is worth 25 million in uro and they already have reps selling Viagra and Toviaz u tell me this all will shake out for you ? Maybe u are drunk on company kool aid or new to the industry and foolish ? Either way i feel bad for u . Enjoy counting the rapaflo samples for two more months . Then it is all over . Saddest part about all these negative posts is they are 200 percent TRUE . I have been here from NDO . All the high end cheaters promoted :
Kim, Vince , Chris , Dave M, Jeff Frizzle . All had very fake allocations and all had tons of fake pharmacy business they they so generously allocated 100 percent to themselves .... Who has that much $$ in pharmacies ? That was the first scam a couple of years back .... And it just continues from there . The only innocent people here just got out of training ....

Hey Actavis Compliance - when are you sending these cheaters out the door? We know you have been told about all of them. You have plenty of proof.
 




All they need is an AMU system and a calculator . Basically anyone with a goal over 400 k has taken from neuro which means they have 100 percent allocations that do not belong to them .... Eric Berry can do it all himself . Actavis knows about the allocations they asked reps to elaborate on the system . I also know they wanted names over over allocated reps... They will get calls

this was not a dr decision reps MB, AC, TM, LE etc told them better efficacy with 120 and bill 80!

Hate to state the obvious but you're clueless. Reps were selling 200 units (duh, because it's 2x the credit) & telling urologists to only use 120 or 150 so patient doesn't go into retention & they bill medical waste. Totally off label, total fraud, totally unacceptable & many made lots of bonus, trips, etc. on that selling "technique". Somebody even admitted that didn't think it was wrong on here! So yes, it wasn't just fake arbos, inflated allocations, etc but those kind of shenanigans as well.

Workforce retaliation is real, also really hard to prove against offending parties. It's not the movies, everything doesn't turn out alright, where the hardest or loyalist employee is taken care of. Why would anyone try to make life more difficult, when the ends don't justify the means? When in Rome...

People don't care about being let go for the thousandth time, that's water under the bridge. That may be hard for some people who think Allergan will be the pinnacle of their careers, for a bunch this will be a blip on the radar. Similar to the 30 plus reps and managers that have left in the past two years. We just want our commission dollars.

This is not just about making commission, it is about defrauding insurance companies, government, patients and ultimately tax payers. Companies have paid huge fines, even gone down for this.
