Whatbibfind totally hysterical is my manager called me twice askin me to take some true 40 percent allocations and move them to 100 percent to help keep the numbers looking good . After Lori threw half her team under a bus who the hell would put Any allocations to 100 percent ? Why so she look good gets promoted again and they fire the 30 people left for the Same stuff ? Taking neuro allocations is cheating get a clue . We r only here till we can find a job LL and guess what we are gonna all burn u on the way out . U are running a ponzi scheme and should be hitting the unemployment line any day now . U are not untouchable i can't wait till pfizer hears about all your shadiness . The last place u deserve to be is on a free trip to Mexico . Bill should go and you should try and get back the 100 million u lost in urology
 




I need to understand what is wrong with 120 units ? Medicare allows u to waste 80 it is totally legal assholes . And maybe Tina should get off her fat ass and teach people what is wrong with 120 units instead of pretending to be scared of AC . Sorry Tina u are the worst compliance person at allergan . If you need someone to teach you what is wrong with 120 units, you are a dunce. That dose would be off-label, and that's what is wrong with it. It does not matter what Medicare allows as waste, and on behalf of taxpayers everywhere, thanks for being such a super-duper helper in driving up Medicare costs, you dumb f***.

Legally, you can sell a 100-unit dose for OAB and a 200-unit dose for NDO. That's it. No in-between dosing. If it's not listed on the label as an indication, it's not legal, period. If a doctor decides to use an off-label dose, you as a rep cannot comment, other than to tell him or her the label dose, and if they ask an unprompted off-label question, you submit that question--but you don't answer it. If this Tina person didn't teach it, my guess is that she mistakenly assumed that the idiots in the sales force, who claim all these years of experience in medical sales--an industry where off-label promotion is strictly prohibited--would know why off-label promotion is a bad thing. After all, wasn't Allergan already under a CIA for off-label promotion? Of course, reading the posts on this board that are written as though a seven-year-old did the editing for grammar and spelling, she was clearly wrong in her assumption.

If you're telling doctors the dose for OAB is 120 units, then yes, you're helping to drive up costs. In those cases where the doctor makes a choice to use more, you cannot give input on that case; you are only allowed to say what is on the label and submit off-label questions as a medical information request.

And in the name of all that is still good in the universe, please learn to use proper punctuation.

Lindsay E., Lori anointed you the "chosen one" and for good reason. You are her marionette she will pull the strings and you will dance. Watching you suck her a**at the NSM made us all want to puke. Why compliance hasn't called you and your manager in and fired both your sorry asses is amazing and not in the amazing way you and Dave M think of yourselves. Bill Meury, compliance how difficult can it really be to understand allocation is the same bulls**t as arbitration and the shareholders are being defrauded. I know! I would have paid to watch them walk Karen H. out of her meeting. The only think more fake than her business is her personality. She had it out for her manager all along and was one of the main reasons this thing started. I already landed a job. I hope she sits in the unemployment line for a while and thinks about all the lives she affected.

Ya'll have officially hit rock bottom. I have been tuning into this site for the pure entertainment factor, but it's officially crossed over to sad and pathetic. Every single person who has posted statements calling out individuals for what you sadly believe to be fact, should be ashamed. Here are the facts:

1. This division has been a work in progress and our system has evolved along the way. It's not perfect, won't ever be, but it's a lot better today then it was, and they will continue to make improvements. Many of us have been overpaid AND underpaid based on the allocation system, which is the reason for the constant updates and improvements. News flash: That system is gone now, so you can stop bitching about Cleveland Clinic and all the other allocation-based complaints.

2. Investors don't give a rats a** how we are compensated. They care how much more Botox we sell today than we did yesterday. Therapeutic Botox grew at 19% last year and our division at 49%...FYI, NOT based on our quotas you idiots. We are an incredibly valuable asset to the organization and after this sh** show is over we will be that much more valuable without y'all who are name calling and throwing stones.

3. Some of you fraudulently changed documents, stole from the organization by inflating your sales and therefor inflated your paycheck. Hey "V" - I don't care who "told" you to do it, that's called cheating and my first-grader knows better. Assuming you were "forced" to do it, you weren't so sanctimonious and vocal back then, were you? Had you started flapping your lips then instead of now, things would be different. But hey, then you wouldn't have been able to collect those big checks. So to those of you who that applies, don't let the door hit ya...

4. There were definitely good reps who made mistakes that were caught up in this and lost their jobs. That is the shi**iest part of this whole dang situation. People deserve second chances and it's a true shame that we lost good people because of an innocent lapse in judgement/mistake. THEY will all land on their feet, I have no doubt.

5. If you are still here and spewing garbage on this site, I beg of you, get the heck out!! Go get a job elsewhere and I truly hope you find some happiness, class and perspective along the way. After we get through this, your toxic BS is the last thing we need or want here.

6. If you think everyone was doing it, I've got news for you - we weren't! There are MANY of us who have been here from the beginning who didn't cheat. We worked out asses off, all the while suspecting that some of you were being shady, but doing our job the right way regardless. Some of us actually did win trips the right way. You can say what you want about LE & DM, and whoever else you want to throw under the bus if it makes you feel better. People at the top will always have targets on their back, so I'm sure neither of them are concerned by your pathetic claims. And those of us who were out working instead of cheating, we have more than 2 injectors thank you very much.

7. There are great people running this organization. As soon as LL & CB took over they started cleaning house of the shady managers and improving the system. My manager has never encouraged me to do anything other than hit my number, and there was an entire area that didn't even have a single person interviewed. If you were in a different situation, than I truly feel sorry for you. But why didn't you call HR?? Why did it take a home-wrecking lunatic? Just take a little personal accountability for goodness sake!

We can all agree this has been awful. I feel sorry for all involved - especially those who have lost their jobs without truly cheating, those that are having their name drug through the mud on this site, and those 4-5 individuals who are so miserable in their own life that they hide behind this site to make crazy, uneducated generalizations or are just spewing flat out lies. I hope you find some peace and a little bit of self-awareness at some point. Either way, best of luck to you and here's to hoping you get a life.

Well said. Reading this site makes it hard to believe that the people writing are adult professionals. Feels more like my sons high school and all the bully's. Very shameful, especially if you have kids.

You do go to the meetings right? You cant possibly think that the amu stuff is how they calculate growth for division? They put slides right up that talk about tracker and claims data. The company and investors don't care about our quotas or allocations or any of that. That is how they pay us. Not arguing that it still may be flawed but just trying to help you not sound completely incompetent.

So am I supposed to be enthused that in your example: Urology could go from $25 million, to a robust $37.5 million in Botox? Still all smoke and mirrors. I don't care about anyone else, or give two shits what was, or, was not done. None of it effected my paycheck in the negative. Just give me my 4th and 5 qrt payout. I knew we were on borrowed time. They (upper management) knew everything was flawed, used ppl to arbo Q4, then said fuck off. I understand why ppl are resorting to the juvenile stuff. They're pissed. Just because the delivery is immature, it doesn't mean the content is false. The ultimate slap in the face were the numerous phone calls asking for info, only over the phone. We all know why they didn't want text or email records of the content discussed. It's just all so dirty.

For the person referencing their 1st grader; I'm sure if their teacher told them to do something for a better grade and preferential treatment, they'd do it. We're all human and want to follow the path of least resistance. If it's so great here, why the tremendous turnover? Why were the exit interviews of 20+ ppl ignored over the past two- three years? Why is upper management asking for favors from the little ppl in the field when they knew numbers were short?

Forget the job, we'll all end up in a better spot. If our numbers were good enough to pay everyone else, we should be paid too. Also, no one was let go for fraudulent numbers, they let ppl go for inconsistencies in emails. No way they'd do the leg work to prove the numbers were wrong. In fact, I would have welcomed the opportunity to prove such. But that wasn't important, they just wanted to thin the herd and save some pennies.

For the ppl calling out Chris and Lori, do you think they really care? They'll be given a great package no matter what. During the transition they'll be phased out quietly, remember the company doesn't want to aknowedge their shortcomings. Most of my peers here were great ppl, I would never make the internal affairs unit job easier, but they're still coming. If they want to find something, they always will.

I will exhaust all my options to make sure I have a shot of getting my commissions.
