In what world do you live in? DM can't "make rules". You had the same document as the rest of us did. You just chose not to read it or thought cheating was easier. I'm not on his team but everyone on it says nothing but great things about him. He onboarded me when I started and has always been willing to help me or anyone on my team out. He's even gotten on our team calls to help.
Sounds like your filled with spite bc you sucked at your job and had to cheat to stay employed. Good luck in future.
 




FYI not all his reps love him and he makes stupid rules that only apply to his Besties who are u kidding ??? Since you were on boarded an hour ago , you don't know what all of us here over 4 years totally know, he keeps changing the Arbo rules each quarter and every time he does it just gets worse . So much so that we are getting MBO sion and can't get credit for our business in hospitals because so many abused the system including his team and friends ...This job has turned into a pharma nightmare and part of it has a lot to do with DM

It sounds like you just have an aversion to brown-nosers.

Have you ever actually talked to the guy? I guarantee that if you reached out to him with your complaints, he would listen to you. Bitching on here seems way less effective than being direct.

Not only would he probably listen to you but he probably would help you better understand that what you say is completely false. He's always been a helpful guy and unless you know something others don't, his team does nothing but gush about him and say great things. Sounds a little petty to throw out acquisitions about someone who actually is a good person.
 




Why would kim P quit ? That doesn't look very good .... This place will have no legacy allergan people by the summer . The titanic is officially sinking. Very sad was a great place 3 years ago . I already miss it and I'm still here but I know between all these scandals and rumors it will not be a great place and this is before Pfizer sinks their teeth into us ? Thanks a lot actavis u totally lied to us.... U do not have the same values as Allergan . Ubare a true sell out and ruined a great place .

I couldn't agree more. And another good question is: why would anybody board a sinking ship? This used to be a great place to work. I don't know that I can say that today. What kind of quality hires will we produce if the is a sinking ship?
 




Quality rep device reps are totally over . We all know this is actavis and because their rent a reps are paid low , they would be more than thrilled to sell Botox . Until they realize their are no commissions it will be an MBO and Rapaflo is 3 k .. No more $$ to be made . Pfizer integration is way on its way .

At the meeting they never mentioned an MBO component. Is that just rumor or guess or do you actually know that it will be MBO and what is it going to be? Just to lend credibility, how do you know specifically?

After all the shit that everyone talks about the Urology Division, I can't believe that no one has a fire in them to prove everyone wrong?

Everyone who is left just wants to quietly go down or run away because of a bunch of rumors on an anonymous board?! No wonder people say that Uro is a shitty place to work. You get out what you put in.

Best post I've ever seen. Have some pride people! Fact - we have a great peoduct that actually works and helps patients. Fact - we have a job that is challenging and keeps us on our toes. Fact - $17k/qtr is a great target at 100%. Fact - no more allocations or arbitration to worry about.

Doesn't sound that bad to me. I'm staying.
