Classic! "It's not my fault" I'm a big baby, wah wah! You're a fool! You can lower allocations whenever you want and you'd have to carry quota. Also I had 4 other umcs on my team lower or take runaways in one quarter. If what you say is true and you tried to lower - which means you put an allocation change in system - and your manager rejected it then you have proof that you were forced. Otherwise you just didn't want to take the hit. Listen - my manager wasn't perfect by any means but he definitely never told me I couldn't make adjustments and he definitely never pressured me. So either call HR about your specific manager and give them proof - emails, texts, rejected change requests -- or stop making blanket statements about all umcs and all managers. And if you don't have proof you only have a few choices - stop bitching and work and don't let your manager "force" you anymore, or leave the company. Either way, stop bitching!
 




Every single rep here has an account that is over allocated, doesn't matter if it's one vial or 100 vials. You are getting credit for a vial that's not yours which means you should give it back and if you say you are not getting a vial that's not yours , you are liar. Since you are Mr Westcoast and all east people lie and cheated please answer me. Did ND lie and cheat. He won 2 years in a row but two years ago couldn't go on the trip because he sent a email to a doctor from youtube. That's selling off label, secondly the whole company can't lower allocations in 2015 because of him. He would take allocations from 90% to 10% then raise again the following quarter up to 90%. Now who really is the lie and cheat. By the way my 4th and 5th quarter bonus will be nice especially when I am in Cabo. Yes I won a trip , I am pretty sure you didn't

This is funny because that's all we ever hear is that people like LE do so well because it's such hard work dealing with these teaching institutions but she's growing them at astronomical speed because she or whoever else is just such an incredible rep & that's how they end up with these half a million $ territories. You're exactly right. Teaching institutions do not grow like that. Which is why it was nothing but a bunch of BS. Now that this shared-account BS is pulled out, maybe we can finally see who really can sell & have some respect for the trip winners because they truly earned it.

Secondly he send a you tube video to a dr and was caught but not fired, so he sold off label is that cheating. So let's call it out who really cheated and stop blaming the wrong people. If that's true then the first two years is correct. THERE WAS NO ARBO and the accounts weren't overly allocated. The first year LE was in the top 10# and the second year again she was in top 15#. So I guess she kinda knows what she is doing, how did you do those first two years big shot

Again - you're wrong. Just as you don't know, I don't know the exact allocation but teaching institutions don't grow at nearly the rate of umc growth - that's fact other wise accounts would be 20M in 2 years. So - by reason of deduction and common sense the growth in sales doesn't come from the teaching institute. It comes from other accounts presumably from being a good salesperson.

Everytime you speak, whoever you are, you prove your are simply an idiot and have no business mind. You probably would be a great rep in dermatology selling zit cream but not so much here.
 




Wow I feel so so sorry for the rep begging LL to lower her fake allocations that were all jacked up first two years . Was anyone begging to lower them when it was to her advantage ?? Nope . Once goals got out of control then oh please LL let me lower my allocations ... Simple as that . since you know nothing about the rules of the past because there was no such rule as a run away accounts until 2015. You were not allowed to give the money back and you had to keep the allocation so that's how most had over allocations. I really need to ask, has there ever been a person in Urology that has been successful without cheating and if so who. Secondly if everyone is a cheater and you so holy how do you feel comfortable taking a double bonus because your money is based off everyone cheating, you should give your money back like a runaway account. I feel bad for you, I have never seen someone that's walks around every day thinking bad about everyone that has been more successful than yourself. Please name one manager and rep that has been successful without cheating

You people are hilarious talking out of both sides of your mouth. One says institutions don't grow like other accounts & LE (and others with high quota) are so great at selling that's how their baseline & quota got so high. Then someone chimes in & says she tried to lower her allocations because they weren't accurate but she wasn't allowed to. So which is it?? Now go ahead & act like you're 5 years old, call me names & talk about your trip to Cabo because I called you out on your BS. And news flash, not everyone who's successful cheats.
