It looks like this show just got a little more interesting. This wonderful organization now knows it wrongfully terminated one of the 18 reps it put through its own inquisition. Word is, someone from management did something wrong. Imagine that. You think the company would step up and take care of their people put in compromising situations?Not Actavis. They are the scum of the pharma industry. It's all very convienent that 3 managers on the east coast have all signed non-disclosures. They know big problems are present. I hope this person makes this organization pay a heavy price. I know they didn't dot all their i's or cross their t's, it's been a total fiasco I hope everyone sees who they are working for.

Everything that the people were laid off for and explained to compliance and hr just came true. Can't wait until the publicity hits the news about the big mistake that was made. Now you will understand it wasn't the reps but the management and the system. Actavis and Pfizer worst nightmare has just came true

interesting - 3 managers get severance packages, 18 reps fired with no severance and another cheating manager goes out on medical leave to preserve her bonus.
Looks like Allergan is making sure managers don't talk.
 




You are correct, it's not done yet. I hope this hangs over their heads for a long time. BM if you want to know the truth , there are 18 reps and 3 managers willing to talk. Knowing what's going on, why hasn't upper management been questioned or cut. Many more to come, when does the bomb explode
 




Wow ! This is beyond the shadiest company in pharma ! I bet they owe the others their jobs back also ! Seems like more than half the managers are involved in forcing reps to get Arbo under any circumstances ..... This investigation keeps getting worse ! I hope they all sue . If management is this krupt how can reps take the fall ? I think we are seeing the end of the urology division . How can LL survive when 21 of her staff were acting inappropriately?? Obviously everyone was desperate to please the people at the top of the chain to keep their jobs ? Why doesn't actavis see that ? They went after the wrong people ... They are scum bags . Everyone from Watson feels the same ! Ruined two great companies . I feel bad for anyone who lost a job under these circumstances . This has big law suit written all over it
 




Call me Bill i have plenty to say about this shit show . If your new urology numbers aren't enough proof , i have plenty more to tell you if u can't see the proof right in front if your face .... Are u just hanging out waiting for all your stock to tripple in price ?? HR i dare u to contact me but you won't because u have no clue the information we all share ....

It's a complete travesty what happened to at least one of the reps that was let go. I hope he is taken care of and then some. Completely sad state of affairs...at least in this one instance for sure. If one was very wrongfully terminated after this Barney Fife "investigation" what's to say others weren't as well.

You know more than everyone, thanks for letting everyone know. What I don't understand is that people find out one manager went out on medical leave because she cheated and not the rep. Just like everyone has been saying, then it became real quiet. Maybe now the company and management realize it wasn't the reps but Allergan and the managers. its sad one trouble maker can bring down a whole division.
