By the way, yes it was one person and if you think there is more then one WHO. the atmosphere, trust and personality of the division gone in one day due to one phone call from one disturbing person. You have 17 people let go , without any severance. That also effects their families, you can say everyone deserved to be let go but you are wrong. There were many let go that did not cheat or take any vials, but we're let go. Then you have another person let go and finally the company realized they were wrong, their decision has effected his life and his family. He has grown kids and they think their dad did something wrong, now can you understand how this effects families. She doesn't mind making those phone calls, just ask three married wives that she called to explain how she and their husbands are in love. Not justifying the men's actions, but why the phone calls. Not once, not twice but three times, there is a pattern of her insanity. Keep trying to justify her actions and that's why you are just as disturbing as her. She has such low self esteem that she tries to make others as miserable as herself

Exactly. Everyone is blaming the person that made the call. There would be no call to make if this scheme hadn't been started then followed by minions. And if some scum bag would've kept his stuff to himself, his wife & mother of a bunch of kids, this whole thing wouldn't have started. STOP blaming one person for many people's mistakes. Nobody put a gun to anyone's head. We all make choices & clearly there are consequences to your choices.
 




Exactly we all make choices, she chose to be a disgusting rat. How can anyone stand up for a rat. Her choices are wrong and always have been wrong. She has ruined three companies and three wives. She always chooses to sleep with married men, BAD CHOICE, then she choices to call their wives, BAD CHOICE and last she always chooses to go to hr because she is wrongly judged in her eyes, can't always be everyone else maybe look in a mirror, BAD CHOICE AGAIN AGAIN AND AGAIN. Can someone please explain how MF is not questioned. He was the start of this. LL and CB should not be let go, they inherited this horrible system. Not one rep should have been let go , everyone was lied to and we all had no choice to work in this horrible system
 




MF is way to high to be let go ..... LL and CB had years to clean it up and they didnt .... They also are still asking reps to take any allocation over 50 percent up to 100 percent . They will all be out of jobs once the dust settles .... Plenty of reps are cheating if they are allocated anywhere at 100 percent unless it is a private office which I'm sure is not the case .....this is a tragedy and heads will roll it isn't going unnoticed I give BM to much credit to let this all slide under the rug ....
 




MF and LL are the same when it comes to management. So you even said they had months to clean this up but they were handed a plate of shit from MF, so why hasn't he been questioned
 




Neuro makes a ton more $$ than urology can ever make on the Botox .... We will get a minimum of 3 pills cause LL will be scared of Pfizer and tell them yes to anything .. 9 calls a day ? Yes ... Samples ? Yes ... Do cases and run around all day to grab signatures ... Yes.... A shit storm is brewing .... LL will be replaced with Pfizer management . CB is road kill. He sat by and watched 18 people loose their jobs on his watch . He knew how bad his managers were and did nothing
 




I agree MF is to hard to get .... They have all the real problems right in front if their faces ! I know for a fact actavis reached out to people to question them on Dave M , LL and CB lets see how long these managers all last ..... They can't fire any if these managers right now because if all the reps that were let go but they will get to them in a Pfizer downsize . Karma is coming it will just take a bit
 




Please explain why MF is hard to get. He started all of this and then handed it over. So he gets to walk away with no problems, doesn't make sense. He is no higher then LL and she at least is trying to fix the issues. Not saying LL shouldn't be fired but if she goes so should he

If you receive an email / message regarding a Compliance Interview, go on medical leave. Only five people have survived the horrific process prior to the NSM.

EVERY Arbitration submission is being audited from the very beginning of time. This is an easy way for Actavis to clean house. If you have never have changed an email, embellished a submission, or had an office "guesstimate" your true case amount, you are okay. If not, look for a job.
Each submission is being validated and offices are being contacted for verification. If your office does not verify what the email says, you might be in trouble.
 




MF has been gone for years .... Actavis doesn't have the history with him to even approach him .... So much happened over two years he is gonna wash his hands to it .... He left Lori with all the shit ... Why can't CB and LL take responsibility ? They have ruined 18 people's lives with their fake voodoo math and allocations and are asking for more fake neuro business MF should tell them get your own urology numbers stop taking mine ! Asking reps to take up allocations again ? After all if this ? Wow Lori u think u are that protected ? Think again
 








Actavis at this point package us and dissolve this whole division..... Now we have to worry about an Arbo letter from two years ago ? Three years ago ? Who wants to work under these conditions ? Just package me . Never wanted to work for this sorry company and def don't want to work for Pfizer after all this shit hits the fan. Please contact my offices and ask them what they did years ago i dare you. They will all laugh in your face .... Already warned them to hang the f up on you

This is soooo true ! So 40 reps are at fault and CB and LL are ok ? They should be protecting us from all this bullshit .... They made the rules ... Oh no that would be Dave with the shitty rules that benefit his bunch of liars on his team . If there is a god actavis will start with them one cheater bigger than the next..... DM will be working 5 open territories when this is over i hope u know your rapaflo material
