Really how the hell so ? Some of the original reps were rolled in from every walk of life . Last time i checked the expansion was all device and seasoned specialty reps so go F off . U were selling a fifth in class me too over active bladder med and were lucky they rolled your ass into Botox . Are u serious ? Everyone i trained with was device or hospital reps . With 10 pmus years in urology ... Original people were not they were average at best . But keep dreaming ... Really Sanctura ? How was the pool diluted ? Last time i checked most of u were sanctura ...5 th in class drug ..reps that got rolled into Botox for NDO .... We were actually device experienced reps with uro specialty or hospital sales and yes most of us device ... We were sold on the device aspect . If we knew we could have allocations like Lindsay at the Cleveland clinic and sit home all day , i would have stayed with my device job . Total joke... Lets see how your goal goes from $650 to $50 in the blink of an eye . The only smart thing u did was move from Chicago to Cleveland ...
 




I promise you this is not LE but a friend. Yes my goal will goal down to 200k but it will be top 5 largest in nation. I will still have 60 injectors which will be top 5 in nation. I will still be the one that asked company to lower my goal because of CC and I will still b the one that busts my ass 5 days a week while you sit at home and make excuses while you suck and you married a spouse that's overweight and can't get it up because you are a depressing loser. Remember LE won at Novartis, at Sanofi Aventis and at Allergan. She wins because she does and knows what it takes to win while your fat ass sits home and complains why you didn't wim. Ah Karen H. from Connecticut. Welcome back to the thread. I thought we lost you when someone called you crooked, ugly face. We did for about a week, as the posts got less specific and not attacking practically everyone in the division. Jealousy is an ugly characteristic you have. Anyone who works here has never heard you say a nice thing about anyone here...well maybe Zaina. You know what they say about jealous people? They only attack others to lift themselves up. Not getting enough attention at home? Your 3 boys not proud of their mom? How did you explain how you got fired for cheating to them? What kind of role model are you with this bullying you do? Do you show them what you write about other people? People you haven't communicated with in years? If you spent half as much energy finding a new job as you have ripping people apart on this board, you wouldn't have the time to be spending it here. Get a freaking life.
 




Who would leave Allergan now ? We have no goals and rapaflo is a sample drop .... If they don't want us in cases it frees up my whole day ..... They took half my territory where I had true business and allocated it properly now those uro and uro /gyns are all gone .....

Finally someone with sense. All the others are morons. Of course quotas will go down and they will especially lower for anyone with a big teaching institution that has been using Botox for the past 10'years and pull from the largest referral bases in the country. For those that think they are so smart - prove it.

What's the allocation at Vanderbilt, UM, USC, Miami, UT, CC, or any other major teaching hospital? That's right you have no clue if it's 5% or 100%. You have no clue if it's the same as it was 4 years ago or if it changed. You have no clue bc I have no clue either bc I can't see anyone's allocations and you couldn't either. Stop trying to make it sound like you can't succeed unless you cheat. And by my watch, it looks that the division has been wiped out of anyone that changed emails. Yes - sure there are still some that screwed the system here and there but it's over. Get over it! The rest of us want to move on and get back to working without worry! So shut the F up! What makes you people think that having a teaching institution is a good thing? How does that help someone exactly? From a distance, it appears that you have to carry quota on an account that rides like a roller coaster. And last time I checked, I never saw a teaching institution grow quarter over quarter at 10% or more like our growth rates. So help me understand how having one can help someone so much. Seems like they would be in the hole more than on top.

You totally missed the point. The point was that no one has visibility into other's allocations. Not about the value of teaching institutions.

That is true - but the person makes the point that is 100% true. Teaching Insttutions grow far less than the average qtr growth rate. Most cases any umc having one loses and has to make it up elsewhere. But the nasty ball less people who throw stones at others wouldn't understand that bc they are too caught up in their own lack of self awareness to realize not everyone cheats - some people are just better at sales.
 




Ummmmm ok what about all the run away accounts ? Also do the math on a 500k territory that is over 1,000 people injected numbers don't work out mr big balls .... But ok u are right ..... I'm gonna enjoy my q 4 and 5 bonus not so sure about you .....
 




It's not run away accounts. If your goal is 200k on one account ad the account does 200k how is that a run away account, you are only getting what your baseline is equal to. When you ask LL or CB to lower the allocations and they won't allow you to, how is that cheating. The people cheating are management. The reps have been asking to lower the allocations for two years but management won't allow the reps so please try to explain how that is cheating. Now I understand why you have no balls because they replaced your brains jackass. You really have no idea what your talking about this is why your numbers always suck. All you do is blame others why you are not successful, look in a mirror it's not others it's your ugly ass
