If they back-fill with Dolan the ship will continue to be abandoned. What an arrogant prick. Along with his mini-me, Chad, he has fostered a lot of resentment over the years, especially in GT. And without a doubt, he allowed the dynamic duo in GT to flourish. It was almost funny to watch at meetings the clash of the egos when Ted & Chad & Adam made the rounds. If you clean house, clean house. It will take years to upgrade the reputation of this company, and these lingerers will make that task exponentially more difficult. They all managed by FEAR.
 


















The real question is if the former ELT land at a different org what will happen. The remaining team is on borrowed time, that much is clear. The unclear portion is if the knowledge of their culture destroying penchants are known wide enough. Normally when a senior member of an organization leaves there is the "we thank them for their contributions" communications. It does not appear in any of these dismissals that anything was publicly notified. I imagine that has caused some confusion (more) with the clients.

How big an asshole are you? Like I would lose sleep thinking about what happens to Satan's minions once they leave ELT management? Eat a bag of dicks. Same with the SLT line of arrogant crap slingers in GT.
I talked to a recruiter out of Chicago today. He mentioned that it was "difficult" working with GT Alcami (he saw I had spent my time in hell there) and with Tom the ass kissing gnome. Broke his heart to hear Tom was gone.
Seriously, this is like the Rasputin of fucking companies.
Just fucking die already.

Sorry about that. Just that these people have made so many others simply miserable. So much unnecessary strain on families and loved ones. Times are hard enough without these exceptionally crappy people running the show like a concentration camp.

I think we all hear you loud and clear. In my mind....all is good, brother.
 






I so enjoy just catching up on how AAI/Alcami hasn't changed a bit. It's been years since on this site, see that there are still the same people here. AAI had some great people at one time, of course upper management was never that great ( I read that hasn't changed, maybe worsened)... Do these people not realize without those little people, there wouldn't be any big people? Production keep up the good work, for those that are left....and maybe get out while you can.
