Just a reminder......you lucky folks who absorbed established accounts and benefitted from the drastic blowout over your original baseline are lucky. I dont fault the reps. And this is why I am looking elsewhere. We are a competitive company where rankings are everything. This is blatant disregard for fairness. At the top now, it's clear those about to pass me are benefitting from the free accounts week after week on top of the extra $15,000 in Q2 payout. Nothing like getting rewarded and then keep getting rewarded!

Will someone around me please quit so I can get your accounts and be lucky too.

Last we checked, sales people are competitive. The rankings determine stock options, Presidents trip, and usually represent a reps success/failure. I'm great with my check! Maybe you can send us all $45,000 bonuschecks and get a life. Must be nice riding the free Obama account program. You should apply for dissability and complete yourself.

Wow, you do sound like a whiney bitch hoping for another maternity leave during a product launch. Anyway who the hell in their right mind is wanting for Cadence stock? And president's club with borderline morbidly obese upper-management? It's all yours, after what I witnessed this year in Hawaii, I hope to sit out Costa Rica, yet make some money as long as I'm here.

I could not agree with you more! I also don't fault the reps, as I would gladly taken a second whole territory. In the end however, it is very very unfair. Someone on another thread said it best when they stated this now makes the ranking report meaningless and mathematically incorrect. How can I be judged against someone that has gotten another territory added in their accounts and then they consider that as growth? The territories were originally carefully sketched out in terms of potential and with several reps getting additional accounts then it would be very unfair to compare my growth to someone that has been gifted significantly "more potential." I have worked very hard too and I had planned on sticking it out through the tough times, but I have made the decision to leave based on this unfairness.

Agree with this completely and the other comments supporting it. WAKE UP upper management. You're starting to lose your biggest supporters.
 






I received 1/2 of a collapsed territory, and it's a mess. No free business, and I'm working my bum off trying to get things turned around. The only real "free business" if there is any is the Kaiser business, and that's really upsetting. I missed the $5000 kicker because because my teammate landed a cushy 120 vials without even going into the account. That's a tough one to swallow. Manager just laughed it off... try again next year.... Accounts that were set up by the company should not be factored into anyone's territory, especially for a kicker bonus. That's the last time I kill myself for something like that. I learned the hard way. It came down to being 2 cases ahead, and I was bested by an influx of 5 Kaiser cases... really sucks.

There are no "fair" opportunities in sales, and if you haven't figured it out, it's a numbers game.

Fairness is here and there. Good territories & bad territories. CADENCE is voluntarily gifting historical data with absorbed collapsed territories. Impact is immediate and the landslide has begun. This is different than uncontrollable sales fairness.

Anyone would like to be gifted more accounts because that inevitably means more business and opportunity. If vacant accounts are going to be given out than it needs to be done company wide by tweaking everyone's territory. Someone that has been gifted 5 more hospitals and everything within the area such as outpatient surgery centers can't be compared to someone with their original territory. You have a very unfair advantage. At least you got a bonus where some territories are so difficult any growth is an enormous feat.

it is not about fairness or uncontrolled fairness . The issue is jealously and envy by posters who if they had these territories wouldnt be saying a word. What about the same people who complained that some territories at launch were easier to access and grow.you are talking about maybe 10 people at most.
It is amazing how wonderful and talented you are. If only the company recognized your value and gave you some additional accts. Damn the good ole boy network that is blocking your progress

Of course spittlng territories is not fair. Being a women in a mans world is not fair either. What about all the other people getting or have gotten the short end. Havent we all.
