CL of the Year ?

It always funny to see and hear reps talk about 80+%. While not thinking that your 80% is really less money than some of the territories with 35-50%. Typical. Let's see 80% of 500,000 is 400,000. 50% of 1,000,000 is 500,000. Now which one is truly better is subjective but bottom line thinking says 50% is paying the light bills at corporate. It's just funny at how reps look at this industry. Sure rankings tell bs stories and awards are for crap a lot of times. I am not a hillbilly either. I am however someone who looks at things other than the top line numbers, I have to. So don't think that the small % territories are chump change, when they probably make larger financial contributions to the company.

I see where you are coming from. But what if you have an 80% share AND your territory is a higher volume one? Mine isn't the largest by any means, but it isn't small either. Top 30% in volume is a good place to put it in the pecking order. But...and here is the rub...you don't grow share or volume bc of factors outside your control. I've mentioned them before. Doctors retiring, moving, and so on. Add in generic erosion and one is lucky to hang on to their share and volume. I made my SIP at 100% every quarter last year, sometimes much better. Yet I was never close to sniffing Pinnacle Club. That's where your comment about rankings being bull**** comes into play. People with 80-90% shares are ranked in the 80s and lower. I understand volume does matter, but CLs can only work the territory they are assigned. Also, presently it's an all-out fight to keep film share. The days of barnstorming and getting mass doctors certified are long gone for most of us.

WOW! So...all these "CLs" talking about their shares, %, volume. So much for the clinical liaison huh?

Just plain old SALES REPS like the rest of us...keep it real people!

While this company isn't as cutthroat as other pharma companies concerning sales numbers, they still matter. RB isn't a charity. Poorly performing CLs have been fired. Btw, we are more than SALES REPS. We don't drop samples, we have to work hard to convince a doctor to get certified, we have to set up that office and coordinate counseling options for patients, AND we have to make our numbers. They don't award CL Year or Pinnacle Club based on rainbows and unicorns. RBP is a decent company and I enjoy working here. However, to ignore your sales numbers and business is ignorant.

Whos cryin in their milk now and playin with their pee pee? Wheres the skank that likes to rag on people for calling him out, now? Go play with yourself again, jackass. No one else wants to.

First, learn English. Secondly, what you are saying is a blanket statement that is false in a lot of cases.

Well said and you are correct. That post above, was a blanket statement. What's really going on here, is there is and has been a tremendous amount of jealousy from some of the sales people towards the clinical-sales people. It extremely childish. When people put their petty jealousies aside, then you won't read these types of remarks, but that might be when hell freezes over. Some un-evolved individuals just need a scapegoat for whatever is miserable in their lives and so they distort, making a mountain out of the CL designation.

Greedy bad ones? How old are you? 6? With your emotional and intellectual i.q. below room temp, you no doubt, will remain at a level of personal and business acumen of equally low caliber.
