CL of the Year ?







So many of these posts are from people who don't work at RB anymore. They are trying to stir stuff up and make problems for the CL's. Ignore them!

Yeah that's right - typical reaction when someone calls out the truth - BLAME THE TRUTH TELLER. It's a long term RB game and strategy to deflect having to do something about it! And the reason people don't always report or stop reporting it is because when they do not only does nothing get done about it but the reporter is also punished. Correction is on the way.

First you are not clinical and you are not scientific - you are and always have been fucking SALES REPS! Nothing more and nothing less and that's how the govt sees you. Get that straight.

AP, many docs look to the CL for guidance in dosing and we all know that. This is what I hate about this board. Stop defending what you know goes on by saying it doesn't because docs make all determinations. Maybe it doesn't happen in every Area or on every team, but it happens.
 






Above phrase-Telling docs to increase dosing- was a blatant accusation, meant to imply reps doing something inherently wrong, which is false. We give them dosing guidelines, yes, but the final determination, any idiot knows, is their responsibility. The key word being GUIDELINES, numb nuts. Therefore, whatever dose the doctor chooses in the end, has to be based on patient assessment, which as reps, we don't do, in case you are confused.

The doctor is the only one responsible for dosing, so get off your rage cage and move on.
Oh that's right, this is how you spend all your free time, raging on and on all over this board.

If a doctor needs you to tell them the dosing guidelines they are a moron and should get out of medicine.

Do you even have the slightest idea of what a pharmaceutical rep does? ALL pharmaceutical reps talk about dosing of their of their products, not just reps at RB. That's part of our job description! It's in our sales aids, moron, and in the PI (approved by the FDA). We aren't giving "medical advice" when we are talking about the proper dosing of our product.

Apparently because a number of people who really deserved the recognition were said to be screwed over by individuals who allegedly traded for managers approval with gossip-hardly sales skills and/or they allegedly back stabbed and manipulated themselves into a positions/awards they never really earned.

Well said. Dosing guidelines are what we are supposed to address and this person is desperately attempting to twist this conversation to meet their accusations. With all that hatred dripping off your mouth about sales reps vs. C.L.s, your vision gets blurred. Such fury over minutia. Find something else to get psycho over.
 






That is the whole problem here at RB. There are no steadfast dosing regimens. Many CL's hint at or avoid answering questions of whether doctors should dose higHer than 16 mg.the answer is almost ALWAYS no! But many greeddy CL's like to dance around that so as to increase MS! Therein lies the issue...

Really? I think you like to dance around, maybe a little too much in terms of generalizing. BTW, use spell check and I don't think most of the people I work with are any greedier than the rest of the world. Just people, like you and me, trying to make a living and doing the world a good service at the same time.

Sad that you have to act like having morals, ethics and integrity means I am evangelical or something. Just wish RB wanted their people to practice the core values not just print them and refer to them as if they are some upstanding company with upstanding people. Face reality buddy!
