CAPTAIN CARTWHEEL

This is spot on! Two years ago I started turning on my iPad during the Captain’s managed markets cc we are forced to listen to and surfing the internet while not listening to him.

It’s amazing how the Captain goes on the trip to celebrity people who are actually successfully when he is a complete failure as a leader and developing strategy. He probably set a personal bested on the trip with the quantity of donuts consumed in a day and over the week. The Captain does have a successful plan when it comes to eating donuts.

Read that last message. Whoever wrote it has been drinking heavily and has no clue what day it is. He or she is probably at PCE trip and is having trouble making words. LOL.

You folks keep blaming managed markets for failures. It is dictated to them what rebates they are allowed to offer. It is not their fault if the allowable discounts fall out of range of the expectations of the health care plans. Their hands are tied. Place blame on senior leadership.

Leave Captain Cartwheel alone. You folks have been beating him up for a long time. It is out of his control. This is just a bad situation for respiratory. LM is overpriced for a single agent product. Unfortunately the respiratory TS sales force is going to suffer and go down swinging. But it is not the fault of managed markets. Our executive leadership is to blame.

Thanks Captain for putting down your latest dozen donuts and trying to make it look like you didn’t respond and instead it’s someone unfamiliar with lack of success for business.

It is widely known in the home office the Captain is disliked throughout the entire organization. When giving presentations, he is ignored and tuned out. At the NSM, he was the but of jokes about him and his lack of leadership from the managed market team from across the country.
