Don’t come here unless you are desperate for a job. The biggest thing you’ll be tracking is when the next layoff is coming, and how big it will be.

My guess, at least 50% of total US employees, and within 12 months.

The text messages were going fast when the agenda had Matt on first for our call yesterday with everyone hoping to hear the Captain was GONE! Some how the Captain continues to survive and keep running managed markets into the ground. If there is going to be a layoff, he needs to be first.
 






Captain Cartwheel is looking for a new job. Two recruiters called to find out what it’s like being under his command. Captain needs to be more careful when job hunting with the recruiters he is using.

This is Matt Portch’s fault for allowing Mike’s behavior and lack of leadership to go unchecked. More people will continue to leave with Matt and Mike in place. Must be nice to have David and HR turn the other way and not care about the damage being done in managed markets.
