let’s only hope a majority of them. There is only evidence of behaviors like big pharma and we are not the size of company for that. We do not have the products for that either. All of the organizations were doing better growth wise before these big pharma leaders were brought on. Would be good for any of us left if there was a big exit and house cleaning. Eliminate at least half of those top two layers and there is even more savings.

About the sales growth, the growth slowed down with the April-June 2023 quarter which was when the merger was announced in early April but the actual merger and new leadership didn’t take over until July 1st. It’s all in the company’s publicly posted financials.

It seems like maybe the Vant’s first 2 years growth was being driven by a few sales reps who mentally checked out when the merger was announced, took the severance and left?
 








































Why we are investing dollars to hire an NSD? Another layer of management which we seems to be the way sumitomo roles. There are 6 managers. They should just report directly to that guy Mike. Bet MP and MF will go for it and they are both just self promoters.
