Yup spinning off the #’s. Vant companies were not very profitable to the organization.when you look back at the financial reports from last year, they grouped the Vant sales with “other” which over-inflated the whole category against the forecasted goals. What was included in “Other” were things like big milestone payments from Pfizer forFDA approval, selling off ownership rights and other misc things that didn’t have to do with the Vant drugs commercial performance. It’s all in the notes in those slides.
How bad did Urovant get hit in reorg?
Clearly the Japs are working their plan to divest themselves of the US commercial organization. Psych, neuro and Myovant division exit plans almost completed. Gemtesa and Urovant next on the clock. Expect those to be washed away within next 12-18 months. Japs will carve it down to Oncology only and then sell them off within 2-3 years. Game Over soon enough.
