Bye bye Sumitomo







I don’t even care anymore. Company scares me…letting ppl go left and right. Can’t even give an answer for reps in women’s health as to chairmans Circle. Will it exist as half our reps were let go. Please, if you want to keep those working hard, we demand those answers. We are salespeople who have worked our asses off for your company

Let’s be honest all the leadership team is doing now is trying to implement useless BS to the field in a desperate attempt to add phony job skills onto their resumes in attempt land their next jobs.
 












What do I want to know…hmmm, are they going to honor those in women’s health for Chairman’s? Or just ignore anyone’s success. What’s going on with upper management and why everyone is leaving? What is their vision for remainder of 2024?
 


















This ‘targeting’ and call system is a JOKE. Where they got the data for the mspec team and wh is beyond me. Adele and Melissa, you overpaid someone for the data. It is beyond horrible as far as targeting. You CANNOT grow the business with the targets you have and the preferential treatment to Pfizer who, btw, doesn’t record things accurately! When you tie ppls bonuses (Pfizer) to having a certain amount of calls on said targets, guess what??? You are going to ‘get’ calls on those targets whether you can see them or not!
Why oh why would you not actually defer to someone (not Pfizer) with some real experience with this specialty?
You are proving you are setting us up to FAIL. Shame on you!

Those of us out west have thrown the towel in months ago. You cant fight dumbness. Many of the better reps out west have already departed. There is nothing left here that’s not on a firehouse sale track and that includes mspec.

Agreed. And they want us to be showing big results by July, it will take a month minimum to figure out the new territories. Such unrealistic expectations
 






Look let’s be honest, this place is a paycheck for the next 12-18 months maybe and nothing more. If you think you can stick it out fine but expect much more incompetence from leadership along the way.

12-18 months is very generous, what are you basing that on? In my opinion I would guess as little as 6 months to as much as 10 months at best.

Look at previous history. They bleed each brand down to the last drop before cutting that given sales force. Gemtesa is next on the list within next 12-18 months. This company has proven that its awful leadership is incapable of developing or acquiring new products.
