again, plan your vacation and take a vacation. No NSM with any company is worth missing time with your family. Every NSM with every company is virtually the same. You will get a marketing overview, you will get a pipeline overview (we don’t have one) you will get a glorious opportunity to meet with your teammates who you likely won’t see again at a meeting. There might be a motivational speaker for the sales team however, it will be something you have heard before. You will get a new catch phrase for the year. Maybe we wil get lucky and it will be legit like ‘embrace the suck’ 2024. Seriously don’t put your life on hold for what is likely a version of ground hog day.
