Will the NSM be virtual? Somebody please help!

Who cares. If you need to be someplace else, take your unlimited vacation and quit waiting to determine what you are doing based on what SMPA is doing. No NSM is a game changer whether you are keeping a job with this company or not. No NSM is mandatory. NSMs are just something to keep the home office personnel busy. If you have been to one with one company, you have been to all NSMs. Live your life. You will not be here a year from now, SMPA does not value its people whatsoever so be a grown up and call your own shots. Duh
 




“The people who are still here.” There lies your problem. Reality is that there will be 3-4 different phases of lay offs over the next 18-24 months. Just cause somebody remains employed here for the next 6, 12, 18 months does not mean you have a future here. The sooner you realize this reality, the better off you will be moving forward.

You have done nothing to help former Sunovion employees navigate this Sumitomo crap show. How you went from Executive Director to SVP/former CCO is boggling…would love to know who’s ass your incompetent mouth kissed. Duh

Interviewing? Not likely. They are in roles they will not be able to get into at other companies so easily. They are making great money and want more time on their resume at that level. Being in “role X” for only 8 months doesn’t look that great, especially at a company that’s struggling

Layoffs, we had no clue. Thanks for that tip captain obvious. Now get back to work finding out more intel about things that were announced 2 months ago. Where do these clowns come from?
