ELT, do something different with your business plans and forecasting. AG and MP, on a leadership level can’t people handle more than one product? You have asked for ideas, stop leading from your ‘executive’ level like you did 20 years ago? That business model does not work. We don’t need 8 people on a team. Make it 14-15. Most of your managers are wasting your money. They cannot go to offices. Having them fly in to buy lunch is an epic waste of dollars.
You will kill SMPA if you run it like big pharma you came from. None of you have been field based post covid and you don’t understand what is happening in medical facilities across the country regarding customer interactions. Get a grip, do better, you should be working for me.
