It's all anyone in the field talks about... What a s*** show this place is. Everyone is territorial and very few people are really there to help you. And we all know who those people are. We're getting really sick of The lack of leadership. Get your s*** together people. HR is s a joke!
 




















Sales are few and far between. Will PIPS start happening soon? Or will they let us coast for awhile longer?
No one is coasting here moron. Sales are moving up and the ones that are making things happen obviously will be here in the long run. If you haven't put in a carton up on the board I would dare say figure out why. You all could take your time and coast if you so choose but you won't be here long. Agree. I don't think anyone here is coasting! If indeed that poster has that attitude he or she should get the hell out. Things are moving forward here
 








The field is working very hard. I could tell you that we all communicate and are sharing our success stories and challenges. The only problem that most of us have is we have a terrible marketing department. No one cares and no one listens. They don't get it.
It's beyond frustrating for many of us.

Frustrating is the word and I can tell you that many people in the field are looking to get out. That department sucks wind and they have no sense of direction or strategy. Things are not going well and we are all working our asses off. Unless something outstanding gets created or initiated, we will never make numbers. We have some very good people here but there's issues.

The issues are that marketing has lacked a direct strategy and has not provided any support except some bs promotional resources that mean nothing. They don't know what they're doing and this is causing havoc and I'll will in the field.
 




For a biotech company, employees are not really bought in. The only people raking it in are from the CCO and up. 401k stinks!! and we don't get restricted stock but options. Value has been lost big time in the stock and we're struggling to get orders. What does that tell you?
 




Bottom line selling in a hospital means marketing should deliver what is valuable to the CUSTOMER first and then the company. The opposite may work in out-patient sales but not inpatient. When Marketing depts at any pharma company don't get that then the respective companies will not do well for long especially when a direct competitor enters the space. Hospital sales is customer driven not brand driven. That's just the power of IDN's and hospital systems now. A company everyone loves to hate that understands this beautifully is Pfizer.

Spot on!! That's exactly right. Unfortunately and we talk about this in the field ...that department is clueless... Absolutely clueless. That woman can't even speak. They don't understand the business nor have they ever reached out to us. So many mistakes here and it's causing most of us to wait out the next month and start looking. When is market Access going to do something for our customers????
 




Bottom line is we are still a sales organization. Hire people who are good in front of customers and have a personality. These CAD’s and MSL’s are not cutting in. No follow up.
