Disagree. Not all were displaced. The industry is the industry and things happen. There are good people here and there are others that do not belong. Word in field and yes we talk... is that if things don't get moving after this quarter people will be looking. Some are already.

There is no plan. There is a complete lack of strategy here. Everyone in the field knows it. You need the right people and competent ones and right now it's lacking in commercial leadership. If it looks to good and sounds to good it usually is. This place had high risk written all over it. Generic Benzos work well and cost pennies. No rocket science needed to analyze any clinical outcomes data on that.

Quit your bitching, if we hired the right competent sales reps. who are “can do” instead of “we need this and that to do our jobs” you all sound like a bunch of pussies who couldn’t sell snow in the Sahara. Try this, why don’t you leave your house at 7AM, sell, and come home at 6PM, sound simple? This comes from the peanut gallery obviously. You have no idea how hard we are working and the hours that are put in. By saying this (and we know this comes from the inside), you have insulted the entire Salesforce. Obviously you lack understanding of how things are done in the field. It's very difficult selling within a hospital space and certainly in the ED or psych. Cost is a very big objection if not the only objection. Try to give us some support instead of using us as pawns. This is why most of the field are looking to leave. You're disgusting

This is a great product and it works! Many of the customers that I have are very much interested and/or have used it and reordered. Of course there are challenges with any drug and in any market! We are doing the best we can and things seem to be moving in the right direction. To anyone complaining we have some people at HQ that are hugely supportive of us and we thank you for that.
We need contracts!!! Everyone needs to rise to the occasion to make it happen.
In this place it seems like everybody gets an award or a pat on the back. Some of those spot awards are for things that everyone is doing frankly. We have people in our field team right now that are working their tails off. We all talk to one another and support each other but let's start recognizing great behaviors versus part of your job behaviors.
