Wonder what the plan is from executive leadership? If there is no outcomes data, the therapy is dead in the water and losing salespeople is the least of their worries.

There is no plan. There is a complete lack of strategy here. Everyone in the field knows it. You need the right people and competent ones and right now it's lacking in commercial leadership. If it looks to good and sounds to good it usually is. This place had high risk written all over it. Generic Benzos work well and cost pennies. No rocket science needed to analyze any clinical outcomes data on that.

Quit your bitching, if we hired the right competent sales reps. who are “can do” instead of “we need this and that to do our jobs” you all sound like a bunch of pussies who couldn’t sell snow in the Sahara. Try this, why don’t you leave your house at 7AM, sell, and come home at 6PM, sound simple? This comes from the peanut gallery obviously. You have no idea how hard we are working and the hours that are put in. By saying this (and we know this comes from the inside), you have insulted the entire Salesforce. Obviously you lack understanding of how things are done in the field. It's very difficult selling within a hospital space and certainly in the ED or psych. Cost is a very big objection if not the only objection. Try to give us some support instead of using us as pawns. Do us a favor and leave today, in fact anyone with a similar attitude as this person please leave asap, you were a bad hire. We will have your spot backfilled in time but we will be a bit more careful letting bad apples like yourself be hired in the 1st place. By calling your leadership discussing shows your true character as a person and skill set as a hospital rep. May I suggest filling out an application at Enterprise Rent a Car as a car rental agent, that would be in line with your capability.

Leadership has carried a bag in the hospital for many years and cost was not as much of an issue as you claim, overcoming the smoke screen is what you are lacking. If the clinical messaging was understood fully the benefit to the patient outweighs the cost. Perhaps you need to be told that you suck as a hospital rep. Were you ever told that you were not as good as you think you are in life? Did that cause you to have self reflection and change your behavior? It should have, for those that can admit they aren’t doing as well as they can be, good for you as that’s where the change begins. Prolonged shitty sales performance will yield what you deserve, quit pointing the finger and providing excuses as we are beyond that now. You all know who the consistent shitty reps are, changes are coming
 




This is a great product and it works! Many of the customers that I have are very much interested and/or have used it and reordered. Of course there are challenges with any drug and in any market! We are doing the best we can and things seem to be moving in the right direction. To anyone complaining we have some people at HQ that are hugely supportive of us and we thank you for that.

Agree! Some regions have a greater team effort than others but overall this is a good product and we are making good headway.
There is going to be hardship in any company with any launch but we have such a hugely supportive team here
 




We need contracts!!! Everyone needs to rise to the occasion to make it happen.

In this place it seems like everybody gets an award or a pat on the back. Some of those spot awards are for things that everyone is doing frankly. We have people in our field team right now that are working their tails off. We all talk to one another and support each other but let's start recognizing great behaviors versus part of your job behaviors.

Omg while we appreciate kudos, some of those so called wins are no biggie. It's what we do. I love my RSD who keeps it real. We just need the conversations!
 




Hey this hospital Launch has been tough as access to people...the right ones is not easy. We're doing the best we can. Some people got orders and they didn't even try!! At least spell out WHO drove stuff!!!
