Great company culture! I'm really lucky to be here and most of us feel very supported. We really have a wonderful bunch of people that are experienced and just want to make things happen. Most of us will say we are absolutely lucky to be here.

I would agree! Some of the things posted here were from some of the former employees meaning higher leadership that were canned. I love it here and so do many of my colleagues. The culture is absolutely great and the VP of sales supports us as does the internal team at headquarters. This is a wonderful place to be.

I've been here since launch. It's a biotech startup and a great place to be. Things are happening and while it always takes a while to get on formulary, we are all working together to make it happen. Incredible support here and a very positive culture. Any naysayers must be from the outside trying to trash this place because I haven't heard anything negative.

Agree. Really good bunch of people here and we all mesh and do support one another. It's a startup and you need to expect that you will be doing the brunt of the work in the field as we all should be.

Would agree as well. The head of sales though is like his own bird. Just has his own ideas and doesn't take into account anyone else's. His way or no way.

Agree. I was always very positive here but now I'm looking to leave. There is honestly no communication and we have a VP of sales the can't see the forest for the trees. He's blinded by things. Most of us in the field are now disillusioned. No strategy and no alignment. Marketing is a blunder.

Like that POS in Cleveland, got all reps. kicked out of Cleveland Clinic, Fairview. She should be fired for how she insisted and demanded to stay during clinical patient reviews where sensitive patient information was shown. Pharmacy Director threw her out and now because of her actions everyone else as vendors suffer. We know who you are, POS in CLE. What the hell kind of company do you all work for where it’s acceptable to violate hospital policy for your own gain.
