Most came here cause they were displaced and needed a job. Very few left their current jobs in good standing to come here. $100 per dose drug competing vs generics which are Pennies. Best case this place is acquired and people can cash their chips in within couple years but that’s unlikely.

100% truth. It’s a good base salary with minimal bonus payout. Transitional job to keep us afloat until we get acquired or a better job comes along.

Wow. Is it common for people to spread lies on these boards? So much stuff here that's patently untrue--and can be independently verified by anyone. I mean, you've got people (or one disgruntled person) talking about Igalmi being "pills" (it isn't), going up against generics selling for "pennies" (the primary competition is intramuscular injection; good luck getting that for pennies), only 12 doses sold (waaay off). I don't know what the agenda of this individual is, but the last thing you want to do is put credence in the statements of someone who thinks Igalmi is a pill. Sheesh. Someone (likely an investor) really doesn't want you to work here.

Pharma has changed significantly nowadays. It’s all about living year to year. Can this job get me another year? It’s no longer frowned upon to have annual changes on your resume. If I get 2023 here I’m good. By 2024 they’ll be another new start up that I can jump on for another year of retirement funding. Happy New Year.
