Any word on if they shut down between Christmas and New Years?

I was told the CEO likes to offer that week as a gift (I guess) to the sales force. So it is not something that is a confirmed shut down like most other companies (solid week off Christmas to New Year's Day ) - however I believe he will offer it because not many in offices during that week as we all know.

Does anyone know when the actual approval date is for Rimegepant?

I was told the PDUFA date is January. Launch is 3/9. My start date is 11/11. I received an email with background check info, technology info and offer forms to be signed, scanned and emailed back on same day I received offer from manager. Couple days later, I believe, I received an email to build my employee profile and right after I finished the employee profile, I received another email regarding drug screen at Labcorp to be completed within 5 days. No further emails received since drug screen.

My on-boarding begins on 11/11. Any initial training (disease state - unmet needs etc.) will occur virtually through end of year. Live meetings will take place in January and official product training will occur after approval. Launch 3/9 in Vegas. I guess it is all subject to change but that is what I was told.

So who is it for? I’ve interviewed with DM and RDM on the west coast. Waiting for an offer

If you have interviewed with manager and RD already then you've had your final interview and they are waiting on offer (especially if you haven't heard otherwise). The mass interviewing is not for you. They are for open territories they need to fill and for those they have not interviewed yet. There is one today in Newark, NJ at an airport hotel as well.

If you had recruiter phone screen, phone interview with manager already (going back couple weeks) but not with regional - in my opinion you have not been moved along and should receive am email stating the fact.

This is not the case with you because you had a final interview with RD. Reach out to hiring manager to see if any updates...

I am being flown to Atlanta
for interviewing event 0ct 30
to interview with hiring manager
and Regional. So far had phone
screen with Reqruiter , then phone
screen/interview with hiring manager
on phone.

Has anyone heard of a offer
with a base of 122K or higher ?

I have not heard of an offer over 120K. Majority are being offered 105K. I was offered 110K and took it. There will be RSU's offered. Benefits are quite decent in my opinion. Health Insurance has two choices, both PPO's, one with higher deductible silver vs gold - dental and vision extra like everywhere else. 401k match 4% that is not bad for a start-up. 9 company holidays - 7 major and 2 to use per your choice. Sick days per manager's discretion. 3 weeks 2020, 4 weeks 2021 plus shut down week most likely. Everyone starts at the same title so promotions will raise your salary. Company car is nice... Volvo XC 60 with bi-monthly cost pretty much in ball park with other companies. SUV choice will cost more.

How do you know the benefits?

Exactly, they wouldn't know unless offer made. I was offered 115K. Benefits are actually pretty good. Can be pricey for gold family plan but not way out of boundaries $628/mo. - add dental and vision to cost as well. My wife and I discussed and its not really much more than what we are paying now. Someone, couple comments behind, commented more on additional benefits. I was told RSUs after board approves as well. The company vehicle is very nice. There is room to grow at this company. None of us have a crystal ball to know the future. Make a decision and don't look back.

can anyone comment on the type of interview they had with the in person hiring manager and what they asked to see.

I was asked to go through my resume, tell them about success I had along the way. I was asked why PCP since I was coming from Specialty. Am I crazy or what but the job does call on specialists even though 80/20 pcp to specialty. How is this just a pcp position? Hybrid? Two managers present, the hiring manager and another. I would be prepared for anything... if I get moved to next interview probably will have to answer situational behavioral questions idk... I am always prepared.

It seems like the process differs for each manager. I talked to another guy in another region that had several interviews that day - I only had the one. Manager / recruiter is to call me with further instructions if I get moved along. The waiting game is the hardest.

Had a face to face with 2 mangers, they start off my telling me I’m exceptionally qualified and only asked me 2 questions, the same 2 he asked on the phone screen.
I felt like I was rushed, I have 15 years experience, 8 cns and migraine, launch and start up, they then proceed to tell me how exceptionally well I interviewed and I closed, asked to be moved forward and guess what, they gave the job to someone with no CNS and launch experience. I was really upset, this person was moved immediately to the RD, I completely felt like it was planned and I was there just because they needed a second person. Very disappointed in how the entire process went, and then they have a biohaven employee call you while you are waiting and then you have to actually walk over to them to be told your not moving on, but the DM said to keep checking for opportunities
Seriously

What two questions did they ask? This whole process stinks. I know ppl that have offers way above what is stated on here & they didn’t have to fly across the country to recieve them.

He told me to give key highlights on my resume, 1st question was about a few awards I won and why BioHaven. Looking back I felt like they were totally rushing me, kept interrupting. I know bottom line most of is can do this job, but I wish I could describe the person they gave it to.
Totally blew me away and really upsetting that they could hire someone with such an unprofessional appearance.

Ugh! Been there before. It sucks to be a seat filler. I have actually asked recruiters to not move me forward if I’m just going as filler. Don’t waste my time
