Not the oldest member of his team but he treats us well. He is low key and realistic about things. Don't want to hint at my identity. I would chose him over the other DMs in my POD. What does he do that causes you to disagree?

What makes a manager good? Wayne P in WI is the best. Most of WI was promoted under him. Its easy to be good for 1-2 years, but hes been doing it for 36, He is hardworking, fair, trustworthy and I have a good time when I work with him. After hearing all the crap o this site about other mnagers, I count myself fortunate. If he retires, I'm gone and so will many other think the same.
