EVERYONE knows access is limited and many reps cannot even get into offices and say lots are going through motions and are in putting false calls to make it look like they are working so get off your high horse and DO NOT make fun of reps like me who take my job very seriously. EVERY DAY is a GREAT day of opportunity to change lives and I not only plan who I will try and see but plan my outfits a week in advance. When we walk in our offices we can be a bright ray of sun shine or a dreary, cold rain cloud. I do my job better than you so shut up. When Pharma reps walk in offices patients and staff know we are important because we dress so much better than them and act better to. Do you meet Lilly standards in dress and behaviors? I do as I am trained and don't need you instructing me so bug off and be happy there are people like me around.

Yes, there is no need to let a naysayer dampen your spirit. The realities of the situation will do that just nicely. Pharma reps are slowly going the way of Sears, JC Penney and HH Gregg.

Buy a book on Java, Python or C++ and start educating yourself.

I do know that the Amazon fulfillment center by the Indy airport is always hiring. That's always on option.

If it is Bad news, they will announce it after Market on Friday to negate the impact. Conference calls will be scheduled next week to advise how the sales force will be adjusted. Lilly will be told FDA will only approve 2mg. Label will not have ADA, monotherapy, or vs MTX without more trials.

Stop being a downer, it's spring and summer days are just ahead. Try to lift up your offices with a smile and a breathe of fresh air. I wore my brightest yellow dress with a great summer hat today. At the grocery store they had a shipment of those large sun flowers and I bought the whole tub. Friday was like floating on air. You should see the smiles when our offices sparkle with a bright sun flower and a happy feeling. They know that Lilly is for them and that I am for the patient. Try bringing smiles you might find it opens the door for bringing Bari back and creates friendships that can last a lifetime. Remember the most important thing we bring to our offices is ourselves.

I'm not an executive with Lilly, but I have stayed in a Holiday Inn Express. Is there not a Derm Division already in place for Talz? Why not just add rheum specialists to their business plan IF Talz gets the nod for that indication? After all Talz is not going to be a blockbuster in rheum even if it is given the ok. There are already tried and true treatments that are just as effective and are proven over time.

Forteo is well, a two year treatment and has a biosimilar just around the corner. Not sure how much market sense it would make to target that with a specialty sleeve.

Lots of interest by portfolios in how Lilly reacts. The stock price has taken a minor beating since the Bari news. Managers start making the call to decrease size of Lilly holdings and it could get ugly.
 






Did Lilly already file for PSA approval? Typically it takes at least ten months to hear back from the FDA once it's filed. I can't imagine Lilly doubling the Derm force while waiting for this approval. This may have been possible years ago but in these tough times seems highly unlikely.

Amazon is looking for health and safety professionals with a background in Athletic Training (ATC) to help support Amazon’s injury prevention program. In this position, you will be a part of the onsite Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Team and will perform both injury prevention and injury management (first aid) activities. This position will work in an Amazon Fulfillment Center and report directly to the Site Safety Manager.
The Injury Prevention Specialist will be expected to proactively analyze tasks for potential ergonomic and safety issues, perform biomechanical and ergonomic assessments, provide first aid care to injured employees, and execute other Amazon injury prevention activities. The IPS will provide conservative care to injury Associates, but also observe Associates performing their job task and educate them on ways to perform their tasks effectively with less stress to the irritated body part. Onsite IPSs will proactively observe ergonomic practices and educate associates to improve technique prior to the onset of soreness or injury.
Detailed Description:
· Provide triage, first aid and/ or referral to outside medical provider, if indicated.
· Maintain records of first aid care provided to associates.
· Minimize the risk of injury of employees through awareness, education and intervention.
· Attend and participate at “start-up” meetings to lead daily stretching routines.
· Understand and learn each department and communicate the proper techniques on how to prevent soft tissue injuries.
· Evaluate trends in soft tissue injuries and develop action items to address injury trends.
· Provide daily activity logs to the safety team and senior leadership team. Provide analysis of all onsite incidents on a monthly basis including recommendations on how to reduce the risk and severity of injuries within the warehouse.
· Provide accommodation recommendations related to job placement for all employees on restrictions given by a medical provider.
· Understand and learn each department and job function within the warehouse to fully understand the body mechanics involved in every task. Be actively involved with improvements to the standard work process.
· Frequent “floor time” to interact with both associates and managers, providing coaching on observed at-risk work habits. Attend and speak at daily “start-up” meetings.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
· Success as an IPS will require a positive, outgoing, energetic work style.
· Ability to communicate programs and initiatives at all levels of the organization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Must be a Certified Athletic Trainer, by either the National Athletic Trainers’ Association or equivalent State Certification
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Must have a valid card evidencing successful completion of a CPR course at the Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider level (American Heart Association) or Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
· Associate will be required to maintain all medical credentials
