Forteo? We get credit for all sales no matter who gets the RX's so why would we Bari reps do that? We have been told we will sell Talz to Rheum so let the studying begin.

Do you seriously believe that you'll be selling Talz to Rheums? That is in the distant Horizon at best. Lilly would be crazy to keep you on board for a 'maybe" indication that's at least a year out. Best to look at other options. Get your head out of the sand.
 






We are launching to rheums for Psa and will be in the high decile derm offices for increase share of voice and to accelerate sales. This is all going to work out for us...although I'm sure the derm reps are going to be mad. But sales have been flattening and this is our go to product now. Going to be tough cause the data isn't as compelling as it is for Bari (efficacy wise) but we will figure it out as we bring a lot of experience!

PSA is such a small market. You will be miserable as your going to get only the scraps. Managed care will make it difficult and docs love a Humira for PSA. In addition, once Bari is finally approved it'll only be at the 2 mg dose. Scraps there as well. I fell sorry for you.

Why are you so negative. Lilly management sees the value Bari reps bring to the table and they have invested lots of money training almost 170 of us. Forteo and Talz sales have flattened and now they can bring in the A team to help turn things around. The 170 Bari reps will inspire and motivate the Forteo and Talz reps who desperately need our leadership and guidance in the field. This is not a time for the Talz and Forteo reps to be jealous or upset that the Bari reps are coming to rescue them from their so so performance but they need to embrace our knowledge and expertise. This is a exciting time for everyone especially the opportunities the Bari reps will have to lead and provide guidance to the Talz and Forteo reps. Embrace the change!!!

Reps like yourself are so oblivious. Do you seriously think you're better than the Talz reps? Based on your comments it's obvious you've never sold in the RA or PSA space. Your probably a Forteo rep who's never had to compete with a product with the same MOA who's been lucky to have done well in your territory. I can't wait for you to sell Talz for PSA to Rheums. You will have a rude awakening. Idiot.

This rep is clueless. I'm doubtful that you'll be selling Talz to Rheums for PSA. I heard a rumor that there's a hiring freeze until mid June of this year. Why do you think that is? Maybe because Lilly is waiting to see if only 2 mg of Bari will be approved and KNOWS that spending about 48 million to pay for 170 salaries cannot justify what your so "awesome" sales force will generate from Talz for PSA. You'll get the reality check once you've asked the Rhuem if they've found the appropriate patient for Talz for the fifth time and the answer is still a resounding "no". I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU.

The fact is taltz has under performed in derm and we will give it the increase share of voice (from senior experienced reps) that it needs. Any indication we get in the PSA space is just bonus for us as a company.

Agree. Dermatology reps are underperforming and desperately need Bari rep's assistance to get a good uptake. Most of the Derm managers wanted to hire the Bari reps but we were encouraged to sell Bari. Everyone at the company knows the Bari reps are the best in the company. Word.

The arrogance of the posts about bari reps being superior is nauseating. It's depressing that individuals can truly listen to all the motivatial lies management will spin to increase moral. Any rep that types the crap in above posts I hope gets laid off soon. No room for ignorant arrogance.

You should go back and read the couple of those that were quoted above your post. Someone used the quote and changed the sleeves to point out what awaits the "best of the best".

I don't wish I'll on anyone. I am shocked someone actually thinks any group of employees would be so highly viewed by a company that bottom line doesn't matter. Bari reps got nothing to rep. They gone.

Rheums reps aren't going anywhere...Bari is delayed but will get approved. Taltz in rheum- Psa and eventually AS will be big. SPA is huge...anyone that calls on rheums know this- as does our brand team.

Taltz is under performing in derm and they are attributing it to the reps. Great access, great drug, great resources but still not getting it done. Who can you blame it on.

This is true SPA spectrum of disease is way bigger than RA...but Drs don't treat as aggressively in those diseases. Could be big though
