Why are you so negative. Lilly management sees the value Bari reps bring to the table and they have invested lots of money training almost 170 of us. Forteo and Talz sales have flattened and now they can bring in the A team to help turn things around. The 170 Bari reps will inspire and motivate the Forteo and Talz reps who desperately need our leadership and guidance in the field. This is not a time for the Talz and Forteo reps to be jealous or upset that the Bari reps are coming to rescue them from their so so performance but they need to embrace our knowledge and expertise. This is a exciting time for everyone especially the opportunities the Bari reps will have to lead and provide guidance to the Talz and Forteo reps. Embrace the change!!!

I'm not a DSM or above, but your "typo" of multiple times shows to me that if you can't even learn to spell the drug correctly, than I wonder what kind of "results" do you think you can get? It's funny that you snowflakes can't accept the fact that the Bari reps aren't going anywhere. I can see where other divisions could be worried about future employment with Lilly- but change is inevitable especially for teams that under perform like derm.

Thank God we have smart leadership who knows how to get the job done and that is the Bari Sales force!!! Now is the time for all of us Bari reps to let management know how we feel so please say Thank you to your managers and Directors and be sure to be nice and offer help to the Taltz reps who are not doing well and need our help to increase sales! We can help rescue the Derm reps from there bad launch! We have great opportunities to show the company our worth and value!!! We are valued and management appreciates us no matter what anyone says!! 1: FDA requires additional studies = bari layoffs

2: FDA approves without additional studies = jobs are safe

All hindges on FDA response. Caution not to blindly follow the false motivational stories told to just keep field motivated until ultimate understanding of Bari fate.
 






Bari reps have only called on rheums with Forteo for 18 months. The real Forteo sales reps of 13+ years have had the relationships with "your rheums years beyond your 18 months . I believe management will pick one of the two for each territory . Experience forteo rep to roll out Taltz to rheums ??OR one Bari newbie to handle all the forteo business and roll out Taltz to Rheums. ???Each choice will need to be hand picked. Any thoughts?
 






The company has already met with the FDA and knows what the fate of the drug will be. It's just a matter of time before they share it with the field force which will either results in jobs or no jobs for you. Either way, the drug is damaged goods. Rheums will now wait to prescribe the med as safety concerns will linger. Not a good situation.

Mgr showed me the email from today about our realignment. 50% assigned to new Humatrope sleeve starting July 12th (training class first day) with 50% spread across other brands - yes some will support rhumes.... personally a relief to know that our assignments will include training on the new brands. Looks like Humatrope with support could become #3 leading brand. Great Opportunity !!!
 






My manager said we were all going to Oncology to support the many launches as a result of the Imclone acquisition. This is great news and another reason to be POSITIVE. Love this company...love this job.

Looks like Humatrope with support could become #3 leading brand. Great Opportunity !!!

Is Lilly still promoting Humatrope? It would be cool to be a Humatrooper from back in the day. It is good to know there are opportunities. The one poster seems a bit excited and may be drinking too much of the company kool aid.
 






please tell me this is not true!!! I didn't move to this sales force to sell Humatrope. When is this going to be formally announced or is this yet another rumor? It's frustrating how some managers are more transparent than others.
