nothing says we have been ripping our customers off for $4.00 tape like bringing the same product to the market with a new sales pitch for $1.00! 3M better watch their back now! lol I am sure we will all be fired up to sell a new "securement" device
 






BAS is entry level. Ask any recruiter. Now it's starting to pay like the job it has become. Tape, PIV, foam and PICCs and broken capital equipment. The management system has slowly changed to a club. Suck up enough and you get promoted. A bunch of clones or clowns. Hire hot chicks (don't promote them just bang them) and meatheads like Biff.

Turnover has started to happen as no one can see that their is a future. And if you are not in the club then you have no future.

Partially true, but not entry level at all. Most respected vascular access company, but there is a lot of ass kissing to get promoted. It's fun to watch, but every big company is that way. BAS does not sell piv so you are wrong there, and there is little turn over. You are not in the know.
 






Blaber has built an empire of cronies. What does it take to succeed in the Blaber Empire of cronyism? If you're a hot girl get implants and show them to Blaber from your knees. If you're a man kiss ass and stroke egos... Oh, and have as many affairs as you can... Blaber loves a man that can cheat on his wife as much as he did/does...

Who are you kidding? TO is all over the board. And not just from bottom feeders. Some very good reps have jumped ship. I also disagree on the entry level position. It is just that. The products are boring and non significant. Very little clinical knowledge needed to make a sale. Although we are a well respected vascular company. That is only because of groshongs and Sherlock. Now that we are promoting open ended, we are behind the competition with solo.

That is completely false. However Blaber did lose one of his club members this week which was supposedly one of the good managers. I am not sure what the future holds at BAS but losing solid management could lead to more negative momentum.

GROSHONG!!! you must be refering to 1998. you are a joke, we are now promoting open ended??? go away, you make no sense. if there was very little clinical knowledge then all the reps would be making huge numbers, this is a complicated sale, if you are so good at this job then why are you complaining about it's vanilla nature? make your money and move on when you are not promoted because you need to find faults in everyone else but yourself.
 


















I do think that Access will see a small decline in market share due to increased competitive coating technology and price. However this continues to remain a solid division with bright days ahead.

Who is Biff? Is this Blaber's nickname?

"My Guess " is that you are probably one of the cheating on your spouse, unethical do what it takes to make the sale douche bags that were here in the glory days and now you can't go anywhere because you have no skill to sell in a clinical environment. You will be stuck in middle management begging for the next atta boy to come through the email chain.

If you want to know who's posting, I'm sure you can find out. You don't think we truly believe we hand in our laptops at meetings only for updates and data back up do you?! Haha.

"This is a complicated sale" Hahahahahahahaha. What is so hard about sucking off materials to get fake growth through bulk orders?! Or presenting our fake BP to materials along with a
Cost analysis? Or begging for that PG PO to your favorite PICC team so we can earn back our maintenance.

Lets be real here, we have become whinny little thorns in the sides. Always asking for favors.
