How many territories are open now? At least 13 plus a DSM job. Is it 85 or 95% of the sales force that are actively looking for a job with a real pharma company that will still be in business in a few years.

It already did with the crazy essay writing that MP wanted and no one applied. Even revised, the criteria will never get the appropriate person hired. And even if so, they will quickly realize what a huge mistake they made.

Keep that turnover high. One would think that would send a message that the problem is internal not external. Worst experience ever, glad I am on way out.
 






Dr. P is always freaked out about employees getting pregnant and taking maternity leave so I'm shocked that he would want reps right out of college!

Is there an order to only hire male reps at this time?

Stories from inside on freak outs? Have heard he is so unstable. Gender discrimination would not be surprising at all.
 


















Hey associate rep candidates. You have seen many new posts for jobs. Do your research. Cafe pharma is full of many assholes but the Vanda threads are pretty spot on. I didn't believe it until I came on board. The reps I am working with ( including those pushed out last week) are awesome. The company though is a ticking time bomb. Read up. 99% of what you read is true here.
 






Well said. Don't apply to work at Vanda, even if you want your stepping-stone pharma job. It is a completely unethical company that doesn't care about employees or patients. It is not worth selling your soul to the devil just to build your resume.
 






No reputable company has a "hit list" of employees that asked a question or asked for clarification of a policy. And absolutely forget about that lie of an open door policy or not retaliating about those that voice concern over being demanded to do unethical and illegal things. There is NO ONE left at Vanda other than a few complete suck ups to CEO that do not dread every single day in this quickly crumbling piece of shit company

current NSRs will be expected to mentor the new ANSRs but the expectations will be similar. We are digging our own hole if an ANSR does well as Dr Poly will just speed up the Wave 2 round of firings. Most of the higher paid reps were cut in Wave 1 regardless of performance. Also, ANSRs will resent NSRs since they are making more money. Anyone who thinks there is a caring or compassionate bone in Dr Crazy is insane. He cruelly fired many good, ethical, smart reps and the purposefully and cruelly posted the ANSR jobs the following monday. What kind of sadist would do this? We are ALL fucked. This starts with NSRs and AMs are next.
