how many will make it an entire year before we bail? this is a bad, bad place. i didn't think it really could have THAT many bad people in leadership but they are ALL slimy and greedy with very little concern for patients
 






Make sure you don’t say anything to even your manager. Any one who spoke up got purged in anime and they are not above doing it again. Why do you think for everyone that quits they fill with an Associate because they don’t want experienced reps that know the laws and compliance. They just want money and that is it. Over 60 percent of sales force is gone now and in the west it is more like 90%. They don’t care about anything but making stock go up.

Stock dropped today. Maybe now they realize the stock rise after CEO and CFO lied on investor call was a fluke

Welcome to Vanda! After 3 months, and now reading older posts I must admit that a large portion of what I read has proven true. I have learned that constructive criticism is only recognized from my militant but incompetent DM and up as criticism. Asking ANY question is completely discouraged. I understand why turnover had been so high and why that will not change, at least in my district and region. Upper management is so unimpressive and unintelligent that I can not believe they fooled me with their lies. Vanda is not recognized as a cutting edge pharma company. HCPs do not have any respect for Vanda, especially if they ever tried to deal with the hub. Other pharma reps don't regard Vanda as a reputable company either. I made a large mistake.

I plan on working as little as possible over the holidays while I work my side retail job. Mean christmas shoppers are better than my bully manager.
