ARI Firings





















































































Has anyone noticed everyone fired in the past months have been male not one female employee has been let go in some cases where female employees created problems they remain employed and their involvement is covered up.

You're just figuring this out now?! In the five years that I was at ARI this was readily apparent. Women don't get fired for comparable offenses (or worse) and get promoted to the level of their incompetence in about half the time. My advice, go somewhere where HR is on your side and leave that whole shit bag site behind. You'll be happier for it.

Property values are crumbling, Cranston down 39%

The housing market in Cranston is down 39%? I wouldn't buy in that shithole if it went down 119%. Rhode Island real estate has been overpriced for years. Why would anyone want to pay such a premium to live in the most miserable state.

Everyone knows ARI production is over staffed there looking for any excuse to get rid of people there will be more people let go especially in production.


As for me I am out of that place its one of the most volatile places I have ever worked at never have I seen back stabbing and lies to this extent and the only good thing that has come from me time there is I can take all that training, time and money that Amgen has put into me and use it somewhere else for more money and a better environment

Starting next week they will go back over criminal, credit and back round checks and try to look for ways to fire another 100 plus people.

Watch yourself at ARI;
They have been going back 90 days and looking at badge in times and comparing them to your time cards. They are looking to get rid of at least 200 head counts or shove it in your face at review time.

The write ups are just to protect the company. Without documentation the company is exposed. The write ups are a poor way to manage and a cheap alternative to lay-offs. The site leaders don't care about you. If something is documented regarding you, your days are numbered.

The best way to protect yourself and be treated fairly is to unionize. Unions are in place when faith is lost in managements ability to lead.
