Why won't they tell us who we are working with at the HUB?? What are the hiding? They keep talking about everything in terms of position. The hub employees are telling the Field team that they have gotten promotions to case F they have no idea about insurance. As Customer coordinators they had no idea what was going on, would take multiple calls for them to update anyone.
You want to be a proffessional comapny, hire people who at minimum know what insurance is.Know what the nbenefit really is. WTF why do we have people who have no F'ing clue? They make the FRM team look bad, not our circus and not our damn monkeys

Everyone at this company is so worried about giving everyone a trophy and having a community meeting. Spending all week in the corporate office sucking up to RM and her pretending that she cares about this shit. Looks like all the leaders are worried about baking cookies rather than we have launch in a couple weeks.

Never saw so many weak minded imbeciles in one place before. Take a bunch of people away from work for a week to kumbya

JM has competition.

Too narrow of a focus with no vision for company direction. Very poor management & management practices. Very difficult to take time off. A lot of politics, back stabbing, and nepotism. Have to know the right people to get ahead, a lot of turnover

Work/life balance is nearly non-existent. Very top down culture. Processes are unclear. Everyone is held to a high standard of perfection, efficiency, speed which often feels untenable. There are a lot of bottlenecks, and accelerated timelines caused because of the hubs lake of expertise.
The only issue I've experienced here is that they seem to slow-walk people's careers if you stick around. With a few exceptions, it will take years and years before you are able to move into a supervisory role. There are a lot of people competing for relatively few roles and vacancies in management are rare. They do encourage people to move around a lot which is good if you get bored easily but it seems to be mostly a series of lateral moves

I agree, RM and BR keep bringing in their friends.Nepotism & Favoritism is the entire social network here. Manpower with increased responsibilities with out any compensation, unless your apart of the "buddy group". The majority of the employees at the top, recommended their life long friends to work within their department. Work life balance is either non existence, or you are pestered to work consecutive days in a row without any advancement. When asked about advancement upper management only recommend "lateral movements". Scope of work for all positions are non existent. No one knows what other departments do, then they just fingerpoint because they lack understanding and act with a sense of self importance

Anyone try to have a conversation with tiny Tim lately? He is practically delusional and nonsensical… full of grandiose and talks in circles without listening. He is like Willy Wonka tryin to keep the Chocolate factory afloat.

One senior insecure person makes the experience very unpleasant.Disrespectful management team.Lots of “good ole boy” attitude here. Kiss the right butts and you’ll go far kind of thing. When you ask what you need to do to get promoted when you’ve been meeting your metrics and then some, they’ll say “it’s a business decision. And the time isn’t right.”That’s all you’re gonna get.
