Looks like a LOT of turbulence in the Head and Neck division. Man, I'm SO glad we love our jobs and bosses to where we have no complaints at all, lol. I thought we were the only reps in the shi**er... Looks like they also hate the upper. I don't know their leadership that well, aside from BW. Is this guy that bad?? I thought my RM was bad, but apparently this guy is as bad as NH? Also, could someone PLEASE explain to the world how this dirty flat-haired r***** is in a management position? Is Charlie his father or something? He looks like found property on Huntington Beach. Thanks.

So who will be the next West Airway Manager? Hopefully this time he won't be a "buddy" of a Director... Maybe the next guy will not be a sales failure and might just know how to assist sales reps? Just goes to show that being married to an Anesthesiologist does NOT make you good at selling to an actual Anesthesiologist, haha. BostonSci fool.

Feel bad for the West. They've lost some REALLY key people since that last RM came on board. JD had them in check, as he did us. Don't know why they ruined a good group. Hopefully they'll get someone qualified this time around and treat those reps (whomever is left) the right way.
 


















I'm considering applying for the Los Angeles Airway position, but am seeing plenty of mixed emotions on here. Is this a good opportunity? How is management with the division? Opportunity for growth? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Wow, anyone realize how many people are leaving within the next couple of months???? I wasn't planning on being one of them, but I think I need to put the feelers out there. I think our Division is broken :/ ML has officially turned into a crazy Hitchcock character. I think his time is done and he's long overdue for, well, something "new and refreshing" with a new opportunity.

Lots of people leaving, a few of which surprised me.
 










































The company stopped posting departures years ago, the only way you know if someone has left is if you know them personally, vacancies are being filled but on a case by case basis,
