Please be real. The marching orders came from Charlie - Bill - Mike L to the Region Managers. Many of us complained to our Region Managers that our Core Reps weren't helpful to say the least, but the idiots never did anything. Our Region Managers are useless. They weren't successful when they sold and only got promoted because their stuck their noses in the asses of senior management.

JUST got an offer!! I hung in here for almost 2 years... Just need to hang in another month and a half (the new surgical sales position doesn't officially start until late February). Just need to hang for a while, then give my notice. Oh, and whatever I do, I will NOT double dip for those 2 weeks, ha ha. Yeah right. I am on cloud 9 right now, happy New Years everybody!

I am hoping for an offer this next week. Been interviewing with 5 companies... All have been put off with the fact that I'm in the Airway Division of a somewhat reputable company. 3 of my airway colleagues are in the same boat. Congrats to you both and wish me luck with getting a good job. Them, too. We all just want a job where we can sleep at night

Don't worry, our slime bucket company with Mike L and his idiotic Region Managers will hire some unexperience person to fill your position. Do you understand why we are failing!
We are failing because our Region Management stinks and there isn't anyone competent in our marketing department.
I am hoping atleast 10 or 12 people leave the company within the next few months. Having 10%+ of the salesforce quit is a sure fire wake up call to Mrs Storz & Germany that something is rotten in El Segundo within the Airway Group!
Dont worry, the exodus will begin and our management will have no clue on how to stop it and they will have to spend valuable $$$$ & time to rehire new representatives!
I think ML will get the boot soon. 3 solid years of no growth, he had his time. All of Emerging Markets is likely being re-looked at.
Just can't wait for the NSM to hear his slick bullcrap spin on how well the division is doing and what a bright future we have.
I hope the Bar is fully stocked at the hotel for the NSM. I'm going need some stiff drinks to drown out the BS from our Airway Leadership & Marketing Teams.

This company never learns from its mistakes. Our marketing department still stinks. They need to get off their lazy butts and work. All of our competitors have advertising both in print & internet.
We are losing everyday, but they just don't get it.
The only one to blame is marketing. They sit in the offices all day and play computer games. If they did any real work the results would reflect an increase in sales. ML and his phonies are a waste.
Being a former Airway rep, I'm hoping that management is finally treating you all like adults. I remember when I had to do "Call Reports". Please, for the love of God, tell me that ML and BW see you as better than a 5 year old and eliminated that stupid waste of time. God speed, Airway Reps!
Nope. It's an entry level job and they are still holding tight to that. I can't fault them for it... Afterall, this job is definately a foot in the door and I know it's entry level. We've lost a lot of people over the years, so they just want to make sure we're working.
