Helen likes change no matter who, when or what. No straight vision of success but a zig zag path. That is her style as long as she in charge.

Well staying positive: there will be opportunity to move up as Helen continues to run everyone off. As an RBM, we interact daily and are privileged to see things that the representatives do not. Ask yourself why RBMs are leaving? Why have they not shared the rusults of the survey? The results and comments are that bad…………

Let me be clear. 2023 reviews and plans were rolled out with only input from Helen making the choice for those people she did not want on the team. Performance had nothing to do with it. Maybe from her days at Mallincrodt and maybe that is how they did it there so she just thought that would be good here not knowing that there are documents showing and proving differently that many have in their hands as proof that will be brought to light. Some of those plans are coming to an end and you will hear about many being let go soon. Just remember, performance was not the criteria for them losing their jobs but because Helen did not want them here. Kelly and Fernando only do as they are told rather by changing ratings or whatever to place people on plans. So as we wish them all goodbye. We thank you for all that you have done. You did nothing wrong and your performance was not the issue. It was your age, reporting to HR, your look or that you were not liked by Helen. So when you get that call and HR shows up on the other side smile and enjoy the stumbling rumblings of Fernando as he does not look up and struggles to read from the approved talking points or Kelly who will not look you in the eyes as she tries to read from those Botoxed swollen lips, and thank god it is the last time you will see them and smile. Trust me they will have a worse day than you because they know what they are doing is wrong and performance had nothing to do with it. They are fulfilling Helen’s wishes as she is off on her 9th vacation of the year. That must be a horrible way to live and no money in the world is worth that.

Texas Endo. Smart man and even better leader. Remember as an RBM we are privileged to see what the reps do not. What the future looks like. What the upcoming action performance plans look like. He is done with how poor many are being treated and leaving this toxic culture. Could not take anymore.

If you are an RBM and a rep leaves it is your fault and you are a horrible leader and you just get yelled at. So I guess if an RBM leaves its due to lack of leadership and some training or classes will be coming for Fernando and below expectations for Mid Year. He is not at goal and it is all about performance and everyone is treated the same. Now that is a joke

I honestly cannot believe all the turmoil that had occurred over the past 12 months. In all my years with this company and within industry, I have never witnessed anything of this caliber. It’s alarming to continue to see good people either let go or leaving on their own. Something has to give and multiple someone’s need to open their eyes and put a stop this.

Your eyes will be wide open in a week or so when you hear of all the firings. It’s coming like a hurricane in the Caribbean peninsula. Won’t be the first or last storm of the season either.
 








Praying for all the employees who will be terminated very soon. Hold your head high as you leave this toxic environment. It may take awhile, but there are companies who will value your experience and commitment. This company is not one of those.
