It’s obvious to all that this has already happened, and I agree it will be quite telling in the decisions they make pertaining to certain individuals not meeting 100% to goal.Is this even a question? We know there will be no plan for both “certain” RBMs and reps no matter where they fall on goal attainment. They will walk away unscathed due to being a favorite, while
others weren’t granted the same courtesy. I too agree with a previous poster who mentioned the 0.0% excuses. How does this come into play for one employee but not another? Yes, something dubious is definitely in the air, and we will all watch as they find a way to spin this one to fit their narrative, and keep the “chosen ones” off of a plan. Mark my words, there is no way they allow “certain” careers to be tarnished no matter where they hit on goal attainment. It’s shameful that the same expectations have not been granted to all.

If you cannot meet your sales goal then you will be placed on an action plan and then if you miss it again a PiP awaits you. Bitch, whine, and finger point all that you want to. Helen, Fernando, Kelly, and H.R. played favorites in 2023 with who was handed a plan and who was not. All of you know that by looking at the last ranking reports of ‘23.. They ran off some great employees. Now we are ready to see what Helen, Fernando, Kelly, HR does with mid years. They cannot put half of the nation on both teams on plans. What will they do? If history repeats itself, they will hole up in NJ or get on a conference call and decide who they want to push off the Titanic and who gets a lifeboat. You may ask, “How will they do that?” If history repeats itself they will use “Rise, Lead, Suceed” as the tipping point. Shameful that the NSDs will use Amneal’s mantra to cheat and lie. Yes they have tarnished the record of employees here who were placed on a plan while others were untouched. One thing is certain. They have not tarnished the careers of those employees. Joe’s report includes the Endo group. FA not at 100% goal. Only 3 of 7 RBMs at 100%. Too many reps. not at 100% to count. Make note. Plans for all Julie? The bottom line is Helen is a nurse and does not understand labor laws or even basic business. Joe seems to get it but something is off with them both. This will be quite telling. Yes, definitely document what happens. You may not need it now, but possibly in the near future. Will they play favorites? Will they round #s? Will they use RLS for some, but not all? Will they change goals? Will it only be reps put on plans, or will RBMs, Kelly and FA be placed on one as well? There are so many questions and the answers will be revealed soon enough. So, what is so special about BC, RS, and JD hmmm? A few of them are currently and have been for a long time at the very, very bottom and can't manage a team. I do know that a few of the reps are being protected for various reasons, age, KCS's daughter/sister look alikes, handpicked reps for their looks and drinking capabilities even though they are and continue to be some of the lowest performers. It's just so ridiculously obvious.Now it gets interesting. Does not matter Helen, Kelly, Fernando and Joe are not the real culture here of helping patients. You will notice them starting to bring back from years past the good things starting with the awards. Scott, Guy and Shari built the culture and what this new version has done to destroy it this fast is crazy. There are laws that protect you as employees no matter what they think. my friend works for RS. They say he’s not bad and really tries to shield his reps. I don’t know anything about the others except BC played college football and is a pretty boy.
